Cancelled an appointment 3 times, after they let me drive up there for a wasted trip. Can't call before a day before to handle matters, very unreliable. Poor parking.

After 2 of my fillings fell out within the week after Dr Berla did them, he redid them and they fell out again. I asked for my money back and the front desk lady said Dr Berla would have to speak to me about that. He would never return my calls. I went to another dentist and found out this week that the other 2 fillings that did not fall out have decay under them. So I have to have ALL 4 FILLINGS REDONE AND AM OUT OVER $1000. This dental office needs a compete overhaul ASAP! Dr. Berla desperately needs to go back to school regarding: 1) Updates in dental procedures since he graduated (in the 1960s?) 2) Sterilization, sanitation and cleanliness! 3) RESPECT for ALL patients (and staff), including how to speak to patients (and staff), and how NOT to touch patients (and staff) without permission! 4) Patients (and staff) do NOT want to hear his outrageous and absurd political opinions! 5) Wear a mask during ALL dental procedures! 6) Wash hands frequently! 7) Hire a professional to clean the entire building once or twice a week! Office staff is wonderful! Dentist is kind and caring! My kids really like going to the dentist!

The new staff is awful.

The office was amazingly helpful. The Hygienist was caring and thorough.

This has been the best dentist and staff that I have ever been too. So glad to have found them for my kids, Dr. Bella is very gentle and always does a beautiful job! Highly recommend!!!

Had a wisdom tooth extracted yesterday. It was rough, my tooth had curved roots and was being difficult, but they made it as pleasant as possible. Dr. Berla talked me through everything. We were all patient with each other and the procedure didn't take long. Very happy to have these guys as my new dental care team. Thanks especially to Kyle and Nicole, and the surgery assistant that I don't remember her name, but thank you so much!!! And Happy Birthday, Dr. Berla!!! Cheers, and much Love! Dr Berla and his staff are a pleasure to visit. Lots of smiles (no pun intended) and they genuinely care about their patients. Proud to have them as my dental team.

Dr. Berla is a great guy & an even better dentist. I was so lucky to have been able to work under him. He has taught me so much! The girls there are so sweet & organized!
