Dr. Eric Joseph Forte

This has been the absolute worst experience of my life. I never write reviews but for a filling to fall out 4 times is just plain ridiculous. To make matters worse the filling is in the front part of my mouth. Just embarrassing. I should've never let this place put a filling in my mouth in the first place. The work clearly is not quality and seems rushed. Now I have to find another dentist to fix this permanently.

My dentist of 20 years retired and he recommends Dr. Forte and Lakeview dental. The office staff, hygentist, and dentist were awesome. I think I found my dentist for the next 20. Good job.

Very friendly environment. The entire staff is professional and personable. Dr. Forte makes me feel at ease and is very knowledgeable. Courtney is my hygentist and is hands down the best hygentist I have ever had! She is extremely friendly and does a great job cleaning my teeth. The receptionists are great too! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

That's my dentist! Real concern for his patients and loves his job.. that's what makes me relax knowing I'm in good hands ??

Family been going to this practice for years. Facility is clean and appealing. Welcoming staff and Dr. Forte provides phenomenal care with excellent pain management. I always recommend friends to the practice since our family loves his care!

Excellent new patient experience from the minute I walked in the door to when I was on my way out. Office was clean, State of the Art Equiptment, and the dentist was so well educated and explained everything to me! Even though visiting the dentist isn't the most pleasant experience it certainly was the most pleasant one I have ever had!

I actually saw Dr. Guthrie and I really enjoy Lakeview Dental nice office staff, professional, clean and well scheduled office that respects what a appointment time is. Would recommend .
