Dr. Eric Hamill

I had a lower blepharoplasty of both eyes about 2 and ½ months ago. I am very happy with the results. My under eye puffiness/bags and dark circles are completely gone. I no longer look tired and definitely more youthful. Doctor Hamill removed the excess fat under my eyes and draped in down towards my cheeks to fill in the areas where fat was lost. This resulted in a more natural appearance. I did have quite a bit of swelling and bruising but was never in any pain from start to finish. Being able to contact Doctor Hamill at any time after the surgery to be reassured my swelling was normal and not a serious complication alleviated my worries. Doctor Hamill was excellent at explaining everything before and after surgery and what to expect. Do expect bruising and swelling but still so glad I did it. By Doctor Hamill making himself so accessible, it alleviated any concerns which helped me immensely. No other doctors do this. I highly recommend Doctor Hamill. He did an excellent job.

Eric is a skilled surgeon with impeccable bedside manner. He anticipates and answers all of your questions. A special bonus is that he is also an ophthalmologist. I love my surgical results!!!

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Hamill. I was referred to him by another doctor for a condition I had been dealing with on my eyelid on and off for almost 1 year. Prior to seeing Dr. Hamill, I saw another renowned eyelid specialist in Houston that basically told me there was not a lot he could do, and I would have to live with this for the rest of my life. Dr Hamill was open to doing a surgical procedure that he said would help the issue by about 30-50% but not make it go away. Well, several months later, I'm about 95% improved...his estimates were very conservative (which I appreciate) and my results far surpassed what I was hoping for. Not only that, the procedure was not painful at all; he talked me through each step of the way, and was literally done in less than 20 minutes...with something I had been struggling with for months. The only thing I regret is not making it to him sooner. The office is very modern and clean, and the staff were all professional yet down to earth, and welcoming. He personally checked on me the next day and made sure I had a way to contact him if I needed anything. This truly shows that he cares about his patients and genuinely wants them to have the best possible results. Houston is very fortunate to have someone with his caliber of training, that's also so easy and down to earth to work with! Hands down, he has my full recommendation. I questioned his confidence, for a successful outcome, because of his youthful appearance. I discovered his confidence came from his surgical capabilities and experience. I had another surgeon try twice, to fix my problem, two years ago and I refused to let him try a third time. A different and more experienced, older surgeon said I would be left grossly scarred if he did my repair. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my results from Dr. Hamill. My first meeting with Dr. Hamill in his office, I knew without a doubt that I was in extremely good hands. He spoke with me in detail on my upcoming surgery. The morning of surgery of course I was still a little scared. When he answered the room and began speaking with me I knew that my fears were all gone. The teamwork that the nurses had with Dr. Hamil was incredible. Everybody work together as one. During my eye surgery I did not feel an ounce of fear. His detail was impeccable. After my eye surgery he met me a bit later in recovery. Again Dr. Hammill went over my after treatment when I get home. His concern for his patients is not anything I have experienced before. If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I totally would! Dr. Hamill is both very personably and professional. You can tell he really cares about his patients and has a great eye for what looks natural and balanced. I received both botox and lip fillers and I absolutely loved the results. Dr.Hamill is an excellent Doctor,he treated my moms skin cancer. Every single biopsy done by him he mad my mom feel safe. He also made sure we knew what was being done in every process of her.Up to this day he makes him self available for us . He has always made us feel like family. I had Bilateral Blepharoplasty on January 4, 2021. Dr. Eric Hamill performed my surgery and I am extremely happy with the results. He was very thorough in my pre-operative examination. He studied my facial features and examined an old photo of mine to assure the results would look natural. The procedure was painless and without any complications. I did experience swelling post procedure as expected. I followed the post-op instructions regarding ice packs and Tylenol for discomfort and had an uneventful recovery.
