Wonderful staff & friendly. Amazing with kids.

Awesome dentist! My daughter had to get a tooth pulled and they made it sooo easy!!! Great with kids.

We have been going to Dr Ladd for many years ! My kids have never been afraid ! Everyone is so nice & welcoming! Parents are able to go back with kids which is a plus! The office is super cute with all the Disney paintings on the walls!

I am thankful for Dr.Eric Ladd and his wonderful staff! They are great with my 5 year old, who has had two caps put on. They allow me to go back with my child for visits, which helps relieve my child and myself of unneeded stress. Thank you!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Ladd was very good and gentle with my son. After a bad experience at another pediatric dentistry I'm glad I switched, the service we received from there to here are like night and day!

This dentist office has helped my kids get over going to a bad pediatric dentist. They have no fear going in for service. The staff are all angels and Dr. Ladd is so gentle with the kids. I tell everyone to go here! The rooms are decorated with characters kids love. It’s amazing.

Dr Ladd’s office is charging me over $600 for a late appointment, didn’t send the bill to the correct address therefore I just now am receiving a collections notice. We were late because my toddler had a meltdown because of tooth pain & fear, they showed zero sympathy and refused to see us over half an hour. It really came down to them not caring at all that my child was suffering. Thankfully, I found a better pediatric dentist that was also in network. Ladd quoted us thousands of dollars and we had great and fast service elsewhere for less than the cost of this late appointment bill and I am still shocked by that. Shameful prices and practices and would absolutely never recommend, more so based on their complete lack of empathy than this stupid bill that I will never pay. My daughter is dreading the day she turns 18 she absolutely loves dr ladd and all of his staff !! Absolutely the best Pediatrician dentist in northwest Indiana

All of Dr. Ladd’s staff are very welcoming and friendly. Cara the hygienist is great with my son, and finally Dr. Ladd is extremely knowledgeable, and provides expert care. Thank you!

My girls (Jada & Jasmine) have been patients of Dr. Ladd for years. The dentist office is very kid friendly and my girls have never had a bad experience. They enjoyed writing their names on the No Cavity wall and seeing the Cartoon characters on the walls. Dr.Ladd and his staff are always the same professional , pleasant and wearing smiles.???? I am so glad I found Eric Ladd and his staff. They are amazing to my kiddos. It is so nice to walk into there and the staff is always nice. Even on the phone they are pleasant. I had a horrible experience before finding this dentist office and I feel so grateful for all of them.

I very much enjoyed the experience of going to this dental office. As soon as you walk in your surrounded by all my daughters favorite Disney characters which immediately changed my daughters mood from being scared to excitement. Not to mention that the entire staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient through the process even when my little person was having difficulty staying still. The compassion, patience, comfort, and respect they show for myself, and most importantly children, is outstanding! I recommend this office to any parent, looking for an amazing team of professionals. I went to them on a recommendation and am so glad I followed that, because I will never go anywhere else… wish I could go there!

Been going to Dr. Ladd’s for years now wouldn’t stop taking my daughter there even if the insurance didn’t cover him. Him and his staff are great super friendly make the kids feel very comfortable and us as a parents. Super clean very happy every time we go.

I took my 3 year old to the dentist for the first time. She was extremely nervous about the visit. Dr. Ladd and his staff were very understanding and helped ease her anxiety. The rooms were also very kid friendly which also help. We highly recommend Dr. Ladd.

Super friendly and professional staff!

My son had his first dentist appointment yesterday. The staff and Dr. Eric Ladd were excellent!

I have never had one bad experience. I have 2 girls my oldest is now 21 and has moved on to a new dentist but my youngest who is 14 was just at her cleaning yesterday. I have been going to this office since 2004. I couldn't imagine my kids going to any other dentist.

We love Dr. Ladd and the entire staff. They have always been patient with my daughter who is a bit fearful of going to the dentist. Everyone always has a smile and helpful if I have any questions.

Dr. Ladd is wonderful with my daughter. He is always very nice, calm, and informative. He truly cares! She has been going to him for about 10 years. His staff are always nice and the office is always clean.

He told me to pay up front. Then a few weeks later sent me an additional bill for over 2000.00 dollars. When I took my child back for her next cleaning at our regular dentist she asked why I didn't get her teeth all done. This SOB didn't do all the work. But wants me to pay more money.

Update: Not confused at all I know we’re I took my child also, I know we’re I’m not taking him back too. He could’ve been treated or at least a teeth cleaning to prevent more decay he shouldn’t have been sent home without being treated or referred out. Came in with my sons tooth decaying left with my sons tooth decaying and was told just to brush more often & cut back on sugary foods. I needed a dentist not advice now We went to another dentist and they said that had they did a filling or even suggested one 6-8 months ago my sons tooth could’ve possibly been saved. Also, Dr.Ladd said he was to young for treatment which was also untrue even his pediatrician said he could’ve treated the tooth before it decayed further. I called to make an appt for my son he chipped his front tooth.. (he's 17 months old) she asked if I had any other kids that see this dentist I told her no...we have Hoosier healthwise...anthem blue cross/ blue shield...she told me they dont accept medicaid ..but then when I talked to other people they said that's not true their child was just their as a new patient with medicaid sooo very disappointing... I missed my son’s appointment due to them telling me I could not bring anyone else in because of covid and I have other childen and I told them that on the phone! So when I called to reschedule once things calmed down they told me they could no longer see him because we missed ONE appointment and it was policy! Pretty unprofessional when it comes to Moms with other kids and no sitters! How can you be a pediatric office yet not accommodate to kids?!? My daughter was seen by dr Ladd. Everyone in the office was so kind and made both my daughter and I feel relaxed and special. Dr. Ladd explained to me in very simple terms what was going on with my daughters mouth situation and did not talk down to me. I have already recommended him to a friend!

My children have been seeing Dr. Ladd for a long time. He is amazing and his staff is exceptional! I was a bit nervous to take the children during Covid however, I was highly impressed with the safety and expertise they showed us during our appointment ???? Took our 6yr old here after horrible experiences with other pediatrics dentists. They were patient, understanding, kind, and personable for what he needed. Extreme PTSD was presented to them by him, and they were able to calm and control the situation, in turn making our child comfortable and trusting of his office staff.
