Great doctor. Really cares about people. Easy to talk to.

I had to look to Dr. Spratford's phone number today on Google, and I was shocked he's not a 5-star on here. Dr. Spratford has been my PCP for about 7 years now. He has an incredible bedside manner, is easy to talk to, always shows he cares, and makes good health recommendations when they are needed. I couldn't imagine a better doctor.

I came here all the way there as a new patient only to be shot down based on my bluecross community government insurance. Instead of sending me through smoothly so I can actually see the NP for my birth control and testing, the receptionist decides to make a big deal about the doctor on my insurance card. Even says that I can only be seen if I promise to call and change the name of the doctor on my card. Hence, I'm a new patient at this specific location I don't even know if I like you guys yet. She kept saying " oh they won't get paid if I don't". I've been using the same insurance card for 3 years at several doctor offices including amita health in woodridge with their doctors name not being on my card a issue through pregnany and gynecology health. So suddenly today at this specific location its a issue. STOP WASTING PEOPLE TIME WITH JUDGEMENT AND IRREVELANT MISINFORMATION BASED OFF THEIR INSURANCE. Great doctor and great guy. The office is run very well, they get you in on time and actually care. Highly recommend Dr. Spratford and the entire practice.

My family and I absolutely LOVE Dr Spratford and his Nurses/Assistants! He gets you in on your appointment time, answers your questions and let’s you know if there are any additional test or specialist to get you back to feeling your best. He is the Best and always has a beautiful smile! Thank you Dr Spratford and Team????????????????❤️

Dr Spratford is well informed and has always made me feel cared about. He treats me for several issues and is encouraging and when needed straight forward in telling me what I need to do to stay healthy.

They are racists and everytime I have visited there is issue. The recpetion and nurses have terrible attitudes and seems to only be with me and my family. Ive complained to the Dr several times and there has been no change. I will never go back again.

Dr Spratford has been my dr for many years. The only mistake you can make is to not go see him. He has helped me on so many occasions, and other family members have gone to see him, and stayed with him, as well. I can't say enough about him. I am however, sad to say that now I am FORCED to go to a different, so-called specialist dr, because I have chronic pain due to spinal stenosis, and our government wont let Dr Spratford dispense the meds I need and I haven't been in this much PAIN in years.

A very compassionate person. He always give 100% to attention to each patient, everytime you see him. He listens to what you say and is willing to go that extra mile to provide you with the best care!

I selected Dr. Spratford's name off a list 14 years ago and me and my family won the lottery. He has been our doctor ever since. My son (now 14) and I both have multiple medical issues. We all are beyond pleased with him. He is friendly, thorough, and never rushes you. He, along with all the staff, are attentive and extremely responsive. He is excellent at diagnosing and starting the process for specialists, if needed, and knowing when to refer you out. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I been very pleased with Dr. Spratford he makes you feel very comfortable and he will take his time to explains everything to where you can understand. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a caring doctor.

Been with him since I was little, he gets to know the patients and prescribes treatments that will work best for me and my life style.

Dr.Spratford is the best doctor I've ever had. By FAR! We are 3 adults in our family who all see Dr. Spratford. Between us, we have many health issues. Our Dr. listens to what our concerns are and always has the "bed side manner" to urge us to be positive and tell us how to continue on a healthy path. We have been under hia care for around 18 years.

I drive from Joliet,I'll to see Dr.Spratford.He is the kindest md I have met in a long time.He has been my doctor now for 3 years .He never rushes you no matter how busy he is.He is just a sharp guy.His nurses for the most part are friendly and polite.When you see him its like visiting a friend. sincerely,Carol Sceniak
