Dr. Eric C Troyer

Dr. Troyer is a pure gentleman. He listens carefully and educates his patients. I really like all the staff there. They will take great care of you and treat you like family.

He's very knowledgeable and found things other doctors missed and patiently answers all my questions. Have never had to wait long to be seen or to get an appointment and Staff has always treated me very well and I'm puzzled by some of the reviews. I've always been treated with kindness and respect; both by Dr Troyer and his staff.

I have been going to Dr. Troyer for quite awhile he is an excellent doctor.He also has a great staff I would recommend him to anyone,without a doubt.

To be honest, the negative reviews of this place have me kinda confused. They have been nothing but good to me since I started going there. I love the almost family environment of the place. They know you by the person you are and not just by a name on a chart. They also listen to what you're saying after they ask you a question. At this point I have no reason or desire to go anywhere but to Doc Troyer and his excellent staff for my medical care. He has done more for me in two months than my last doctor did in four years!!! I think maybe this place just has a low tolerance for rude people??? I don't know. They've shown me nothing but care, compassion and respect in my time here. Dr. Troyer is an excellent doctor,his staff is also great.I never have to wait a long time when I have an appointment.

The staff are very understanding and doctor Troyer is excellent and does a great job putting himself in the patient's shoes . Neither the nurses or the doctor are judgemental. Highly recommended

Dr. Troyer and his staff do an excellent job. They are all down to earth and easy to talk to when going through difficult times. I have been seeing him for nearly a year now and through Dr. Troyer's care I have finally been able to enjoy my life again. He has heen doing this for so long he understands almost anyone's situation. In my opinion receptionists at similar practices are impatient and rude but at Dr. Troyer's they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. You are required to go to group therapy once a month which is great! I go to evenings session with Keith who is amazing. I have been to alot of counselers myself and have yet to find one as attentive, and careing as Keith. Even though he is dealing with a group of people going through an extremely challenging lifestyle change he knows exactly how to talk to them with empathy and care. I sometimes go to group therapy more than once a month even though it is not required because I enjoy the discussions and feel stronger afterwards. In conclusion after 20 years of feeling like I would never have control of my life I finally feel like I am living my very best because of Dr. Troyer and his staff. I love this office, all the staff is amazing and the doc is very caring and heartful. I am treated like family here and I would recommend to anyone who needs a doc to listen and that truly cares about you and your health.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend him!!! He does not care about patients health only the profit he makes off of them. He prescribes what makes him money, reguardless of its health impacts / side effects. I think he should be arrested for what goes on in his office.

Have been going to see Dr Troyer for a little over a year. I have quite a few health issues, on top of an addiction. He has addressed each individual thing with meticulous care. The staff are always delighted to see me. Havw been shown nothing short of respect. Anything that has come up, outside of my visit, has been promptly takwn care of. All of the counselors are very professional, and willing to go an extra mile for personal issues. In conclusion, I would recommend Dr Troyer and his staff to

Costly at every corner. Charges for every little thing. Runs tests that other physicians don’t run and it costs extra. Doesn’t send records to other physicians when requested to do so in a timely manner. Charges an exuberant rate for you to come in physically for those records. This man and his office are absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend that you stay away unless you are being treated for drug addiction.

They made a mistake i asked for her to at least have a the courtesy to apologize started yelling and proceeded to ban us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE THESE NURSES ARE GHETTO OFFENSIVE AND LOUD MOUTH. ESPECIALLY NURSE CHAKILITA!!! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD HORRIBLE NURSES AND A DOCTOR WHO IA UNAWEAR OF THEM. I'm giving one star because Google doesn't let me give zero. I didn't have a good experience as their patience. Staff has a very bad communication and patience have to pay for that.

I am not personally a patient but as the weekly ride for one of his patient's I can clearly see the unorgabization and unprofesionalism of at the very least, his staff. I'm my honest opinion this clinic is no more than a somewhat legal drug dealer. Pretty sure they are under investigation as well.

I like many of the reviews I have read feel the same about Dr. Troyer. He has no personality and definitely no compassion or empathy. I know for a fact that my specimens were tainted. And Heather is completely horrible.

Great nurses & he's a great doctor. They listen to you & they are very professional. They also treat you like family

Dr. Eric Troyer is by far the best. He listens to your problems and understands what you are going through. He breaks everything down so you know what's going on. Very friendly, I'm so glad I came across his office. I would recommended him to anyone!

It cracks me up reading these reviews!! People need to relax. Lighten up! Dr Troyer is a bit essentric but he's cool and as nice a person as you could meet . Lauren is cool as f***! Yea she cusses sometimes but who doesn't? It actually makes me feel like she's more human than some stuck up nurse who thinks her s*** don't stink! Lisa is cool, Akilla is cool. Not welcoming... $10 if you are 1 minute late...(yes, it's posted!)... I had to go to the office and get a packet of info to fill out BEFORE I could make an appointment. (No options)... cursing and foul mouthed nurses. But, I can't find anyone else.

This office is unorganized and un-compassionate about their patients. They have the most unwelcoming atmosphere and i wouldn't recommend anyone to go here because they simply dont care about anyone and how they feel. I wouldn't give them one star but since i have to than i will just because Nathasha at the front is friendly.
