Dr.Monaco is a great ,caring and fair dentist,been going to him for years.

Dr Monaco is an amazing Dentist. His professionalism, knowledge and skills are second to none. He really does care about his patient's oral health and always does what's best for them. He is very gentle and always makes sure his patient's are pain/discomfort free during each procedure. I've been seeing Dr Monaco for my family of 6's dental needs for over 15 years. We drive past many dentists who are much closer in proximity to us. Dr. Monaco (Aka Ernie) is worth the extra travel time it takes, without a doubt. Do yourself a favor, go see Dr. Monaco and eliminate the Dread of visiting a dentist once and for all. He is really that good Dr Monaco is an amazing Dentist. He is a very knowledgeable, and more importantly, SUPER honest dentist! Unlike many others, he would never recommend you something unnecessary to make money from you! My husband and I went for our 6-month checkups to a dentist in Naperville and she suggested that we have some gums issues and my husband has a filling that would cost us the total of 8K!!!! We were so nervous and confused about what we heard at her office so we decided to get a second opinion and a friend recommended Dr. Ernest Monaco. He checked our gums and said we have very healthy gums and he’s sorry that some of his colleagues would follow the product marketers’ advice to make money from our lack of knowledge! He fixed the filling for my husband and it only cost us $90!!! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and honest dentist then make an appointment with him and you’ll be very happy! he was very kind and very helpful with questines and has low prices

I just had my very first appointment with Dr. Monaco today. I have heard and read lots of very good things about him, so I really hoped I would love him as much as everyone else. Unfortunately, my experience was average at best. The staff seemed dismissive about my concerns regarding insurance coverage. The doctor didn't even introduce himself when he came over to check my teeth, and I did not see him smile even once the entire visit. When I expressed concerns regarding pain in one of my teeth (as he was already hastily walking away) he barely even looked back and just told me maybe I need the filling on that tooth replaced, as well. I would have expected the dentist to at least take a couple minutes and explain the status of my teeth to me, make sure we are on the same page, discuss any of my worries/concerns, give some recommendations to improve my dental health, etc... However, I felt that the lady who did my x-rays and cleaning did a better job at that. She was the one who actually explained to me that I should come back to replace two of my fillings and pointed out on the x-ray for me the long-standing decay in my painful tooth that should be taken care of next time. Anyway, I am assuming that perhaps today was an "off-day" for Dr. Monaco and team, as their reputation is really quite impressive.
