Ernest C Severn

I like Ernest. He is a good Dr who really seems like a balanced person! I go to him since Nov 2021 and it’s been great he gets everything done efficiently.

I had a successful first visit with him for myself. When I brought my child for a physical he shamed and belittled me and yelled so loud I thought the whole office could surely hear him. He made a hand gesture and yelled “enough!” And wouldn’t let me speak. This was at the beginning of the visit when I was explaining why we were there. Later I found out it was a scheduling misunderstanding. He tried to pass it off as something the previous patient had done or said. But it was horrible, and if she didn’t need her physical signed before the weekend I would have walked out.

If I could give him negative 5 stars i would. I mentioned to him why getting my blood results back from my pregnancy test was really important to me because of previous issues I’ve had that are life threatening. My insurance switched so I went to my primary care office. I waited an hour for him to tell me that rushing my blood results (This was a Friday & i wouldn’t heat until Monday) was not a priority & left the room. I was in tears! I even told him i would pay to rush it & it was a priority to me. I also had a trip planned to go out of the country that i needed to cancel. He was very rude. I will never be seeing him again! I will make sure that any future visits that aren’t with my normal doctor are not with him. I will make sure my friends & family that go to that office (which are a lot) do NOT see him. He doesn’t care about your wellbeing & should not be a doctor.
