Beyond unprofessional. For anyone with half a brain, you know that dental care is expensive. My husband missed a years appointment of cleaning and dental work due to our insurance at the time not being good. He goes in for a cleaning, they scold him for missing last years, say they don’t want to work on him again, tell him all of his teeth are going to fall out and then charge an “exam fee” for him opening his mouth when literally nothing else was done. They sent us a bill so I called to ask what for, the receptionist acted like I had three heads for asking. They didn’t have new insurance info on file and it took about a week to get ahold of insurance, had to play phone tag for three hours because the receptionist would ask for one piece of info at a time so I’d have to call insurance Back over and over to get the rest of the information she would need. Absolutely disgraceful business, filing a report with the BBB.
