Went to see for pain issue. If you want to be scolded, belittled, reprimanded and verbally abused then go see him. He was so rude and curt.

Dr. Frank has been treating my spinal issues for years. recently He made changes to his support staff at the front desk and I couldn't be happier. This office is the total package! Caring and polite staff as well as a Dr. who cares and has given me my life back. I can once again support my family and run my business Pain free for months and months at a time. I’ve been a patient of Doctor Frank for 25 years. He is an honest ,straight forward Doctor. Dr. Frank is genuinely concerned about the Patient and the level of care his patients receive. Over the past few years he employed front office personnel who was rude and angry. I’m happy to say she’s gone! I see Doctor Frank every 3 months, he’s wonderful and kind. Dr. Frank is an honest doctor who is passionate about the care of his patients. He’s been my pain Dr. for 25 years. He’s straight forward and treats his patients respectfully and with compassion. With his new staff I look forward to seeing them all. Lovely people who care about you!

Dr. Frank has given me my life back!!! Having been in back pain from disc herniation and sciatic pain for years and worsening symptoms, e.g., leg numbness, shooting pain and inability to lift my leg, and many failed treatments my quality of life was decreasing. My Orthopedic surgeon felt I didn't need surgery and would heal and sent me to Dr. Frank. With 1 epidural steroid infusion I walked out of the hospital pain free. He is a highly skilled and personable physician with a caring bedside manner unlike no other. Just a Brilliant physician.

The doctor spent a lot of time with me explaining RSD. Its a condition a lot of doctors don't know much about. It took him about 6 weeks to get my pain under control. Friendly staff. I was able to be seen in less than a weeks time.

Frank's scheduler/office manager is rude, curt, and attitudinal; like he is. I tried to reschedule a new patient appt. and was told that even though I called to cancel my appt. I was considered a no call no show and would not be granted an appt. They both argued with me and without any class or professionalism they gave 3 versions of why I couldn't have an appt.; I'm sure non of them are true. Needless to say I wouldn't feel safe in his care at this point. Seeing all his reviews on various site, I'm glad I didn't get an appt. with him. I did ask them how is it possible to treat people in constant pain like this? I will be reporting him to Patient Advocacy and Insurance Credentialing as well. He is the most attrocious Dr. I have every met, and I have been recording him. I was a patient for 19 years. I presented in his office with other issues other than my chronic irratractable pain, mainly gallbladder and heart issues. I was throwing up in the office and had intentional distress. I have him on recording several times saying I could care less if you are sick! I left there with extremely high blood pressure which lead to a heartattacks. He cares more about using his word his"pocketbook" more than anything. Charging for every paper. Charging $1.72 a copy, yet I give him my card and he complains. I give him cash he laughed for 5 minutes because he doesn't have change. Used to be a good Dr. When he went on his own, he has one secretary from hell who handles medical waste, and makes his decisions. Sure did change. Will most definitely switching Dr. And filing a complaint with the medical review board. As I am extremely sick and he uses extremely bad judgement. I could name 5 Drs. Very caring doctor and staff is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Frank explains your options of treatment and is very attentive.

Dr. Frank totally turned my life around. He gave me my life back & has done so for so many others. I affectionately refer to him as “Dr. Thank”.

I am a lung cancer patient who was recommended to Dr Frank due to extreme pain related to my condition. My wife and I looked into the reviews of Dr Frank and quite honestly, we were a little worried. Upon meeting with him, however, our opinions of him were immediately changed. He was concerned and completely focused on my condition and what options might be available to me. He discussed things he himself might be able to do for me. He also recommended other treatments which were not his specialty but what he thought might be helpful. As far as these treatments were concerned, Dr Frank even went as far as contacting other doctors he knew on a professional level to ask their opinion on these various treatments. There are not enough kinds words I can say about Dr Frank. He went above and beyond to help me out. His kindness and compassion meant so much to both myself and my wife. I have been a patient of Dr. Frank for over 20 year. He was the only doctor after several other doctors including an orthopedic surgeon, who helped me deal with my severe lower back pain and be able to function and go to work every day. Thank you Dr. Frank!

I have been seeing Dr. Frank for Two Years. I see him for Pain Management for Cluster Headaches.I have developed an extremely comfortable relationship with him and find him to be very caring and concerned for me and keeping me pain free. He is, Very Professional at All times and I never doubt his decisions of care for me. I am Most Impressed by his Credentials as I would believe most patients would be! I have recommended many people to Dr. Frank.

Dr. Frank is the rudest, most disrespectful doctor I have EVER encountered. He yelled at me, accused me of being a drug addict, and ushered me out of his office. I had not even gotten the chance to give him my full medical history before he accused me of wanting meds! I was not there for a prescription for pain meds of any sort. I was there to be helped rid me of this awful pain I am in due to a car reck. I never once mentioned medicine, he did and I told him very FIRMLY NO!

Dr Frank is a superb physician. He's extremely well trained, compassionate and knowledgeable. I started seeing him for Interstitial Cystitis, which can bring your life to a halt, because of pain. Then, back pains developed. In both cases, I feel like I'm in superb hands, I'm doing ok, and would highly recommend him, and have several times.I know a number of physicians who strongly recommend him.

7/25/2016, Been with Doctor Frank for 4 years now always a professional. Excellent doctor.

My last appointment with Dr Frank was 3 weeks ago. I left his office in tears. I'm 63 & have never been treated so badly by a doctor in my entire life! I went to him for help. No doctor has ever yelled at me before! No doctor has ever spoken to me like a child! I have never been disrespected in this way by any doctor, ever! Additionally his secretary should NEVER, EVER, have contact with patients. The two of them have absolutely no compassion, empathy, or common courtesy. They are the worst!!!

Absolutely horrible. His receptionist is out of control rude. When I explain my back pain, he asks "what am I supposed to do"? Will not be returning.

Jekyll and Hyde At my initial visit, Dr. Frank seemed reasonable. Dr. Frank explained that he was leaving after my appointment (for 3 months) for hip surgery. My husband and I wished him well and scheduled my 2nd appointment for today. Dr. Frank came in, stating that he had wanted to see me 2 weeks after my initial visit. I replied that I had no record of that, stated that a miscommunication must have occurred. He became very combative, as if he wanted to argue. I refused and left his care.

I have already submitted one review. I would like to add to the fact that he yells and never gives the patient a chance to explain anything. I agree with another review here he definitely should not and I repeat should not be dealing with people. When you are in pain the last thing you need is someone yelling at you. Speaking of idiots, the girl that works in his office has a real problem with communicating properly and really screws things up.

From the minute I sat down with this idiot he was yelling at me. Why I continued to see him I will never know. This guy yelled at me at every visit & even in the operating room. I did what my father taught me to do, kill him with kindness, and nothing works with this guy. He just doesn't want to listen. He should definitely not be working with people. I never get a call back from his office. He has to be the worst doctor I have ever gone to.

I have been a patient of Dr Frank's for 15 years. I have been seen by a few of his colleagues but did not have the same quality of care. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment with him. I trust him with my life. He has always been a professional. He takes his time with you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank for 10 or so years. He's great! He's open and honest and tells it like it is, and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend Dr. Frank to anyone who needs a pain mngt. doc.
