Dr. Norman A Brest

I love Dr.Brest and Dr.Brogan. BUT THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE TERRIBLE! They always have attitudes and smart remarks. Why work in a field of helping people but you come to work with nasty attitudes. I will not be using the Lankenu office anymore solely because of the 2 front desk staff.

The front desk at Dr Brests office is terrible. The receptionist Patti is horrible has No empathy and is absolutely rude!! It is a Shame, I’ve been going to Dr. Brests for years now and have never been treated like this. I understand you are short staffed but the practice would be better off without Patti

I would not recommend this doctor under any circumstances. I had a very negative experience and did not feel safe. I was examined without a chaperone present in the room. I was denied having the opportunity to have my questions answered. Be cautious when choosing a doctor for your family.

Dr Brest and Dr Brogan are absolutely amazing. The front desk staff needs improvement

My husband and I are preparing to have a baby, so I try to schedule an appointment with Dr. Brogan. Since the phone number is the only contact available, I called almost six times to try to set an appointment but ALL FAILED. It’s either no one picking up the phone during business hours or someone telling me they were having lunch from 12-2! After I called again after 2, it’s still not available. The lady who picked up the phone said that they would call me back, and they NEVER called me back. I took one last try calling them around 9 in the morning; the lady ended the phone call when I even haven’t finished my words. My experience is so terrible, and I would not recommend this clinic. Horrible. Years ago when he was my gynecologist, I had ongoing pre-cancerous gyno issues and his frustration with my condition was palpable. When I asked him a question related to my condition because I was concerned, he yelled at me. His nurse, Gail, was also quite nasty and impatient with me. Do not go to this doctor!

Front desk staff was rude. Dr. Brest informed me of one health thing, I went to get a second opinion and he was wrong. Didn’t apologize.

Predator and a complete sociopath, be careful. Abusive and would not recommend Dr. Norman Brest for anything. Make sure he offers you a chaperone.

My wife and I had an awful experience with this OBGYN during the birth of our child. Cannot recommend this doctor, under any circumstances. The fact that he is 63 years old and advertising to treat adolescents and teenagers should tell you all you need to know about why this doctor is still practicing.

Great OB/GYN Doctor!!! Dr. Brest goes above and beyond for his patience and he is well educated. Highly recommended.

I've been a patient for 32 years. I have had three high risk pregnancies. With Dr. Brest I was able to bring home three health children. Thanks you Dr. Brest, your the best!

Excellent OBGYN. He delivered both of my children. Explains things fully and has the greatest staff.
