Drug screen results not available 72 hours later so I called to follow up and first they could not locate me or my specimen. 8 hours later they found my specimen but no results. Next day, finally sent for review by Medical Director. Next morning, I was contacted that the results were inconclusive, I was hung up on or got an attitude from Patricia, Megan, and Ana at Dr. Echenique office. Just horrible experience. I am shocked the Doctor exist. All I ever get are these rude staff

He is very caring doctor . He listens to his patients and try to find always healthy alternatives to improve your helth
