Dr. Fatima Janjua

Bad doctor. Unprofessional demeanor. Rude. Arrogant attitude. I walked out of the appointment. Don’t go to this doctor. Not willing to help. Don’t waste your time.

I have been very unhappy with Dr. Janjua and the office. It takes 15-30 minutes to get anyone on the phone. The doctor would not allow me in the room with my mom unless my mom consented in writing. No problem, we signed all necessary paperwork. Additional tests were ordered. After all tests were done, we received no follow up or discussion of the results. When I called to request a meeting, I was asked why I wanted to see or talk the doctor. After some arm-wrestling she agreed to a meeting to discuss the results. I drove 3 hours to take my mom the the appointment. The Dr refused to talk to me at all and said she was too busy to talk to me but she would see my mom. I was told I had to make an phone appointment if I wanted to talk to her. On the appointment date, the Dr. did not call me nor did the office follow up. When I called the office I was told the Dr. only speaks to the patient. This is unacceptable. I need to find another neurologist.
