A very caring and compassionate man. He provided excellent care for my father and continues to do so for my mother. I can't recommend him enough!

Dr. Liang is one of the best Internal Medicine practitioners I have had experience with, and I have seen quite a few. He is clear in his medical opinions, but very open to my concerns, and incorporates my input into his recommendations. I am tempted to give him 1 star just to keep everyone else away... Seriously though, great service.

Dr. Liang was right on time and took his time talking with me in my first appointment with him. He listened and heard my questions and concerns and he had appropriate responses and answers. I had an excellent appointment with him and would recommend him with full confidence. Thank you

I was seen at my appointment time. Dr. Liang always take his time to listen to my problems. The ladies in the office are wonderful. I often receive follow up phone calls from the staff at this office to check on my condition. I strongly recommend Dr. Liang to everyone.

This is the best Doctor I’ve ever been to! I moved to Oregon and miss the care I received with him! I have not been able to find a Doctor who is a fraction as good! If you need an excellent doctor this is the man!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr Liang for a few years now and I am so happy to have found him and his staff! He’s compassionate yet direct. He has been so great with assuring I live my healthiest life and he caters so such a diverse clientele.

He saw my Autistic adult child. Knows nothing about Autistics. All his medical suggestions were wrong. Thinks child has intellectual problem when he graduated from high school - normal classes!!

Had a lot of doctors in the past. The best one I have ever had.

I have seen Dr. Liang during two different periods of my life. He is an excellent diagnostician, has a serious but approachable manner, and very importantly, doesn't order lots of tests one doesn't need. He is respectful, and he is the only doctor in my history that managed to very quickly identify a chronic cough as allergy, not something more sinister. I was a thousand times better in a few days with the regime he gave me. His office staff is courteous and they call back quickly.

I have no family living in southern California and my friends are all in different medical groups of which Dr. Liang is not a part of so I'm unable to really recommend him to family and friends. However, Dr. Liang is very personable and professional and has a kindness which I appreciate. He takes the time to explain things in detail in layman's terms to ensure that I understand what is going on. He takes the time to address any concerns or issues that I might have, beyond a simple quick check.
