Frances Blake Murray

Dr. Murray was my primary care provider for over 10 years, & I LOVED her. I moved 110 miles away (back 'home' but still saw her for 3 more years. I remarried, inquired about new patients & was told they were accepted. My husband filled out papers to be established with her, & then we were told that no new patients were being accepted. OK... I was them Dx'ed w/breast cancer & had a local surgeon perform a mastectomy. When I called Dr. Murray's office for further/follow-up care, nurse Mickie was absolutely rude to me & insulting Re: my choice of a surgeon (from a smaller town). I saw Dr. Murray one more time & told her if these concerns, but she acted as if these concerns were off no consequence/didn't even matter. So, so disappointed.

Dr. Murray and her staff are top notch! Never have I had a bad experience or felt that I was not getting 110% out of the Dr or her nurses. I have been a patient of Dr. Murray for 15+ years and simply won't go to anyone else.

I was very disappointed wit my experience with Dr. Murray. I would be very hesitant to recommend her to anyone after the unprofessional way my husband andI were treated by her. I was treated by her when I was first diagnosed with cancer and in retrospect, the best thing she did was to drop us as patients when she became upset because we complained about her policies and we were able to find a great new highly qualified doctor.
