He is rarely available, and as far as anyone can tell never actually sees patients in the nursing home, just does enough paper work to keep the paycheck coming.

He does not care about his patients. He is there to get a paycheck, and has learned how to work the system so that he maximizes his income while minimizing time actually spent with nursing home patients. He is arrogant, dismissive, and unethical. Stay far away if want actual care for you or your loved one.
