Seemed like they were more interested in recruiting me for a self serving research study than in treating me for what I came for.

Great doctor but what good is it if you cannot get an appointment, even as an existing patient? My mother has called and left messages seeking a follow up appointment - no one calls her back. She ended up in the hospital this weekend for lack of treatment. I tried myself calling today (both numbers) and each time was routed to a holding system ...30 minutes later, still no one answers. Also, it's Monday and they are open.

Dr. Tausk has provided exceptional care to my boyfriend, Steve, for the past several years. We live over two hours away from his office in Rochester, but it is definitely worth the time to travel to the clinic there. After exhausting the service providers in our area, Utica, and Syracuse, we were fortunate enough to get an appointment with Dr. Tausk. He has continued to provide support and patience to my boyfriend and me despite Steve's many severe flares of his condition. We are truly thankful for the care provided by Dr. Tausk and feel relieved knowing that we can contact him at any time (literally) when we truly need his help. Thank you, Dr. Tausk. You have truly made a difference in our lives.

Dr Tausk is a pleasant man and very knowledgeable. He was very persistent in trying to find out the cause of a rash on my hands. He was instrumental in my obtaining a home phototherapy unit through my insurance company.

Finally someone that was able to help me, this was the 3rd doctor I had seen for my problem. Confident and knowledgeable.

As I sit here, waiting 1 hr 36 mins over my appt. time, I’m feeling frustrated. I fully understand 10-20mins but seriously. Can I bill my insurance for wasted time ? I’ll even round up and just bill for one hour .. Staff is friendly, but Drs don’t respect appointment times. UGH

One of my first experiences with Dr. Tausk was that he listened very closely while I explained what was happening to me. He was patient and encouraged me. He provided me with information and hope. The normalcy of my life is being restored because of his treatment.

Both visits he ran 2 hours behind. He was rushed when he saw me. Had to have another Dr finish his appointment. His office staff was not up to date on information

Walked out after an hour and 42 minute wait. Not even an explanation.

Dr Tausk truly was a life saver. After going to over 7 different Dermatologist around Rochester with no successful treatment for my skin issue, Dr Tausk was the only Doctor who was familier with the problem and the only one with a successful treatment plan. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This question is to be answered carefully if one would like to keep their friends. My response is yes.

I was referred to Dr. Tausk by my dermatologist and have been under his care for the past 14months for a very rare and painful autoimmune skin disease that eventually covered my entire body. I can’t say how grateful I am to Dr. Tausk and with his dedicated staff who worked tirelessly to guide me through the long and painful process to eventual remission. Dr. Tausk and his staff prescribed the correct medication, ordered many blood tests, biopsies and a CAT scan to guide me through this disease

Dr. Tausk is in a league of his own. One of the best medical professional's I have met with in 30 the last years. Kind, caring, knowledgeable, present, patient, took his time and listened. I haven't met a dermatologist in over 10 years who actually sat down when they came into the examining room. Dr. Tausk did. I never feel rushed, he is open to dialogue and discussion and he genuinely cares. I highly recommend this physician.

Dr Tausk is a great doctor. He and his team was a great help in the helping my family found out my mom has Morphea Scleroderma. She would not be doing as good as she is today. Dr Tasuk and his team ran so many text. He even sent them to other state to have them check them over. He is a great doctor. he gave me his cell number and told me to call or text anytime. Which i did and sent him photos of my moms arm. He fit us in the next day. we love Dr Tasuk.

Very pleased with Dr. Tausk. He has helped me with the psoriasis. Sometimes his office is crowded and he runs behind. That is not the norm. The support staff is friendly. I am glad I found a professional and competent doctor.

Great doctor, finally help for my condition, no other doctor wanted to listen and take the time to help me. I travel 2.5 hrs to see him and would go much farther if necessary. Dr. Tausk is extremely dedicated to the care of his patients. He is very knowledgeable and I honestly feel very lucky to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Tausk is always so patient when I have an appointment. He takes the time to answer any questions I have and lets me know that I can get in touch with him anytime. I saw several dr.'s previously and he is the only one who actually figured out what was wrong and treated me. I've recommended him several times.

This guy is a pompous quack that cares nothing for his patients!

Did not listen to myself about the symptoms I have been experiencing or NP in room who was reading notes from previous doctor. Silenced both of us multiple times: Incredibly rude and belittling. I can not believe this person has any good reviews and is allowed to practice. This was the most uncomfortable and shocking visit I have ever had.

Dr. Tausk is very caring and always looking out for the patient. He explains everything in easy terms so that you can understand what he is diagnosing and recommended treatment. When speaking with patient and family, he will stop to ask if there are any questions/concerns before going on. He is truly the best dermatology doctor I have had and I have seen three others.

Dr. Tausk is an exceptional dermatologist, with expertise in the area of psoriatic disease. His demeanor is professional and caring, taking time to listen to and discuss with patient their treatments, alternatives, and their concerns. He strives to help his patients achieve remission of their symptoms and is there for them during their struggles. Highly recommended!
