Dr. Franco Sicuro

Horrible dr's. Uncaring they don't try to understand or listen to you. Very ignorant office staff. Worst psych office I've ever seen.

If you want a good psychiatrist. Dont come to this one. Hes very judgemental toward women of big size, I was a patient of his for only a couple days before i switched to the doctor i have now who is by far one of the best ive had. Never visit this doctor. Horrible man

Dr. Sicuro gets me in quickly if necessary and is very good about med refills, bedside manner, understanding different circumstances..... I had to go back and change this review, I ALWAYS was very kind, considerate, and thankful as a patient, and Dr. Sicuro took care of me well for a decent amount of time. Long enough for us to know each other fairly well.... Then, a pharmacist in Lake St Louis wanted to verify a prescription, no big deal, it was a VALID PRESCRIPTION.... It was late at night and I was leaving a friend’s house so it was one of the only pharmacies open and was not my normal pharmacy. So apparently that makes it suspicious??? Regardless the end result was Dr Sicuro firing me and then refusing to even speak to me or fill critical, life dependent seizure medications. Changed my views quite a bit... Dr. Siccuro Is one of the best psychiatrist I have ever been to he listens to everything you have to say and addresses all the problems and if there is an issue with anything he will let you know but he is a very kind great guy and really seems to care about his patients

I love Dr Sicuro and his office. They are always super friendly and accommodating and they always treat me with respect. My last doctor and his office did not. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about him, because of him and his staff the quality of my life is so much better. I have seen several doctors in his specialty and he is by far the best. If you are looking for a great doctor then I would highly recommend him. I love Dr Sicuro and his office. They are always super friendly and accommodating and they always treat me with respect. The front office should be replaced. Unbelievably incompetent. Every month I order my medication (which until the new health care law I did not need to see a psych doctor for) and every month they screw it up royally. I leave the pharmacist phone number, fax number, with instruction not to run through express scrips and every month they run through express scripts and I am two weeks without prescription. I can't make it any easier for their staff. I guess that's how they reduce medical cost. Slow walk your prescription to you. The front office should be replaced. Unbelievably incompetent. This is the BEST Dr. Jessica Whelan. She helps she listens and she doesn't judge or make you feelook uncomfortable. She is incredibly approachable and truly cares about her patients.

The most caring people i ever meet at a doctors office. And Bill who works for the doctor is an amazing person. I cant thank him enough. I cant desricbe how grateful i am of the whole staff. Great job guys. And thank u very much. U guys are awsome!!!

Well I saw him in March and I then had an appointment for April 4th. On April 4th I went to the office for my appt and was told oh nobody called you the doctor is not in today lets reschedule for later this month i wasn't frustrated i was disappointed for taking personal time from work to go to the appt. then when my next appt came i was called by the office manager I think his name is bill and he said sorry doctor isnt in this day either so at that point im having serious sideeffects from the meds prescribed which i told the front office about numerous times and nobody ever got back to me so now i have gained 15 pounds since march my blood pressure is extremely high i have a very itchy pimple looking rash that has covered my back arms chest legs etc. Not to mention Bill also said lets reschedule to may ohh you know you have a outstanding balance and i was like what he said from a no call no show on april 4th which at this point i was deeply upset because 1. You cant have a no call no show if the doctor isnt even in the office which is designed so if you wast a doctors time your penalty is. A 75 dollar fee, and 2. I was there and signed a peice of paper that was a Friday bill said let me do some investigating and i will call you back well monday comes its already 3:00 pm so i called the office and was told i owe 75 dollars so i said id right bad reviews well truthful reviews i dont beleive in lying just to make a buisiness seem worse than it really is i really dont understand how this office has a only 5 star rating puh not any more needless to say i was ready to get my lawyer involved George Restovich which by the way is a great lawyer if you need one but anyway bill was all of a sudden oh we found the problem you dont owe money everything is fine. Then a week later its may i see my physician who tells me im having adverse reactions to my bipolar meds to contact my psychiatris and like magic the office sends me to. Voicemail and never returns calls i took myself off my meds because dr. Securo doesnt return calls and his front office staff are morons i think they need training in a psychiatric environment im laid back i dont have patience for incopetance i hope everyone reads this this office is a joke plus you have a book o'rules you have to sign to keep this doctor bunch of bull and whats funny is i thought i found a great doctor Well I saw him in March and I then had an appointment for April 4th.
