Dr. Frank Alfano

I love coming to La Plata Family Chiropractic. Dr. Alfano, his son, and the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. I couldn’t walk without pain when I first started coming here and now I rarely have lower back pain. Dr. Alfano is the best!

About 16 years ago I decided to try out a chiropractor for the first time (Dr. Alfano). After the first visit I was so much better. He set up a treatment plan and also educated me and gave me other resources to help my issue (bulging disc). He and his staff are always professional and patient. I am so grateful for this practice and highly recommend them.

I love coming here! It truly is a family run business and you can feel that in the customer service, the great atmosphere, and overall care. Both doctors take the time to ask questions and understand how you are feeling. Everything runs on time or ahead of schedule! The rest of the team is extremely polite and caring when providing services. Could not recommend a better place in town!

Highly recommended! The service and staff are amazing. This is the 1st chiropractor I have ever seen and has provided me so much relief from my pain.

This is such a great place! From auto injury to severe back pain, Dr. Alfano knows how to relieve my symptoms. Dr. Alfano’s office also offers dry needling, which is amazing. Dr. Alfano & his staff are always very kind, professional & efficient. This practice takes safety precautions very seriously.

Dr. Alfano has treated me on multiple occasions and I have had nothing but great service from him & the staff. I recommend anyone looking for a chiropractor to visit the location.

Drs Alfano and Alfano are absolute professionals in their treatments and demeanors. As a sufferer of long term back and neck pain along with chronic headaches, I rely on chiropractic care to keep me moving and comfortable. Their extremely gentle technique is excellent for people with “pop and crack anxiety” and, in my opinion, the adjustments last longer than with traditional techniques. Very professional staff with a wonderful caring doctor that is Great in what he does.... I have one leg longer then the other since my knee replacement and Dr. Alfonso seems to be the only one that adj. me to even me out....

This office is awesome! Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. I was able to get an appointment quickly and their treatment made my back feel better after a few sessions.

Dr Frank Alfano is the BEST!! He has helped me with many pain and mobility issues over the years. The entire office is tremendous with great customer service!

Three generations of my family have all been treated by Dr. Frank and his wonderful office staff! He has helped us with everything from whiplash to chronic migraines. Dr. Frank always takes the time to listen to what is bothering you, offers a treatment plan that is effective and takes the time to get to know you as well. Dr. Alfano and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They do everything they can to work you in as soon as possible if you are in pain. They use an activator rather than manual manipulation in most cases and it seems to help me as much as manual manipulation ever has. Not very good. His so called adjustment consist of a few very light taps....he was no help at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dr Alfano and his team are knowledgeable, friendly and always take time to treat you without feeling rushed. Feels like family. I would highly recommend.

Has helped my daughter IMMEASURABLY. She's been suffering for years with several different problems: back, shoulder, and migraines. She always feels better after going, and when she misses a visit, can really tell. Also, there's no one kinder than Dr. Frank and his son ♥

Dr. Alfano is always so friendly and patient. He can pin point your problem without you even telling him what’s wrong. I have always been seen within 5 mins of my scheduled appointment time. They have same day appointments which is a life saver. The rest of the staff is such a delight. I can’t say enough good things about this practice.
