This is the 3rd implant that I’ve had done and they have all been completed by Dr Frishkey. He and his office are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been very happy with his work.

Doctor Frishkey, clearly explains the process involved with an implant. Is great with managing the pain during and post procedure. I highly recommend his practice for all forms of dental surgery.

Dr. Frishkey removed all 3 of my childrens wisdom teeth in the past 3 years. The office staff was exceptional explaining everything that needed to be done prior to surgery and post surgery. All three had good experiences with Dr. Frishkey and all staff involved.

I originally saw another oral surgeon that was rated 5 stars.( I did a google search in my area.) I sat with him but something was...off. I voiced my concerns to my dentist and he recommended me to Dr. Frishkey. I held out for another 6 months until I could no longer take the pain. All of the staff were more than welcoming. Dr. Frishkey answered all of my questions and put me at ease enough to go under to remove all four of my wisdom teeth at once. I'm really swollen and achy but none if that is because of his work. Absolutely the best Oral Surgeon around. Everyone from the initial call for making an appointment to my my follow up visit after surgery was knowledgeable and very kind. Would recommend 100%!

Dr. FRISHKEY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGE.

Very friendly, professional, took time to expain, great staff, sees my whole family. No need to search any further.

Dr. Frishkey is one of the best oral surgeons in the area and he keeps up with the latest scientific developments. He strives for perfection and explains everything really well. The office staff is always helpful and in a great mood!

Laura was not honest with me. She asvised she verifed my insurance and my out of pocket was 1400.00 after the procedure i found out mu insurance denied the procedure. She lied to me a d told me she sent codes to insurance company which she did not. So i hace to pay the full amount. Then she wrote me off to collection agency without giving me a chance to make payments. When incalled the offoce to speak with the dr about this matter and all the other issues i had previously (which should have been a red flag to me) but Dr. Friskey has done procedures before he is great. Lauara amswered my call i assume she blocked my call because i never recieved a callback.. i was disputing with collection agency she would not even she the documents they requested. I turned them over to my insurance company which they habe not replied back.to either. Not only did i have to pay full amount foe the procedure i had to pay over 300 to have this removed from my excellet credit score. This was a horrible experience from the get go also had to pay out of pocket for x rays because they did not verify with my dentist. They wanted me to pay for another set of x rays i refused to have them done but to have procedure o had to so they did them for free the 3rd time.. i had prolonged the procedure for over a yr because they would not tell me out of pocke cost after verifying insurance. So she took the lazy way out to get me to do the procedure and called and jist asked my insurance of i was covered and what % they paid for procedure instead of sending codes to fully verify. The she went behind my back called my dentist to tell them i was upset which oli had no idea i was denied until my dentist called me . Then laura had the nerve to send me a letter to filed a complaint against my insurances company to the state board if insurance to over her incompetency. Will never return ir refer anyone to this office agian.. which is sad he really is a good dr and for the most part his staff is good. Laura must be new but she was rude and not honest. I had a great experience here, staff was friendly, and Dr. Frishkey explained in detail. My daughter did not feel scared, which was a major plus. I will be returning for future work on my husband. This place is beautiful inside and very cozy. I feel so comfortable. *****

On 8/9/2019, Laura from Dr. Frishkey's office called me at approximately 1:15PM. She has called me about 3 weeks ago to discuss the remaining balance that my insurance did not pay for my son's wisdom teeth service done by Dr. Frishkey. Laura told me that she would contact the insurance company and get back with me. She called me today (8/9/2019) stating that the insurance company would not pay since my son has maxed out on his account. I told her that she could send me the bill and then I will do what I can to pay in installments. She refused to work with me and said that she was going to send the remaining balance into a credit agency. I asked that she would email me concerning this matter, as I will need what she told me in writing. I know my rights and this is bullying. It is no way to treat a patient who is willing to pay a bill. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau concerning this matter.

Horrible Dr! Totally misrepresented what my oral problem was in order to collect his “surgery” fee. Two other oral surgeons said there was absolutely no need for what he wanted to do.

Blatantly lied to by Connie. I called the day prior to my sons procedure to make sure that I could be in the room while he was put under sedation and let back in the room before he woke up. Connie acted as this was not an option because the room was too small etc. I expressed my doubt in moving forward unless I could be present for these few minutes. She then asked when our appointment is, I said tomorrow at 8 am. Suddenly her tuned changed and she said I could be in the room. She LIED assuming because if I would have cancelled they would have lost a couple thousand dollars. So she just said what I wanted to hear. Got there the next day for procedure. I was in the room, they were putting a heart monitor on. I laughed and said he knows what those are..I've had to wear a heart monitor before. A few minutes later I was escorted out of the room. I turned to the girl showing me to waiting room and said "connie flat out lied to me she said I could be in there while they put him asleep. Unbelievable". Procedure over, Connie came to get me and said I know your upset with me but we just couldn't take a chance knowing you've had heart issues???? I immediately told her no, you cant use that as an excuse you lied to me. Just take me to my son. So of course I get back there and he was awake. Sum it up Connie blatantly lied to me. Another issue I had is the instruction sheet says Sherbet is allowed after surgery but then at the bottom of the sheet it clearly states at the bottom to avoid milk. The 2nd ingredient in any Sherbert I could find was milk. Very upset with myself for not preventing the procedure from going forward and taking my business elsewhere. Blatantly lied to by Connie. Very good oral surgeon for my teenage son's tooth extraction and chain and bond. He is also about to remove my daughter's wisdom teeth.

Went here for an extraction. I was very nervous, but I have to say my experience was really good. I would recommend this office to anyone. Everyone in the office was very nice and professional.

Everyone was friendly especially Gabby! She was so informative and funny! The doctor explained step by step what the procedure was going to be like and it made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone I know! Thank you for making this such a GREAT experience!

I have some dental work being done and I have to say Dr Frishkey has done a tremendous job with what he was dealt with. The staff is incredible. They are sweet, kind and all around caring!! I have become hey close to them!!!

I only asked because everyone that had gotten there after me was being called to the back. They said they were waiting for a room to become available. 15 minutes passed and a receptionist comes and tells me if I would like to reschedule because there was going to be a bit more time before I was to get seen. I asked if she knew more or less. She said 30 minutes! I simply stated I have been here an hour already and that I could not stay longer because I had to pick my children up from school. She said okay, would you like to reschedule. I said no, I won't be coming here again. I left. I already had a hard time finding someone to watch my 1 1/2 year old so I could go to the appointment. Excellent oral surgeon. I have a history of bad experiences with dental care but was very pleased with Dr. Frishkey and his staff.

The dental team is courteous and knowledgeable. Dr Frishkey has been my oral surgeon of choice for about two decades. I have recommended him to many people and will continue to do so.
