I love Doctor Mazzotta but Debbie who “works” there and answers calls is beyond rude, many people say the same thing. Very sad that this happens it’s ruining reviews

Horrible Doctor. The WORST staff. Rude, unintelligent and horribly misinformed. An absolute waste of time. This is the last group of people that you want to manage your care. Avoid this office at all costs.

Rude doctor. I called to be seen as I was experiencing possible Covid symptoms. They told me to come in office at 2pm and the doctor will give a script for testing if needed. I arrive at 2pm and was told Dr. just said he had an emergency and can’t see me until after 3 so come back. As I was in shock. The pizza man showed up with lunch. They turned a sick patient away to eat lunch. He is not a good doctor. I guess he should stick with seeing all his drug addicted patients. I will report him in for not seeing me. Rude doctor. Mr. Frank mazzotta is super good, but....but don’t expect the staff pick up your call and don’t ever and ever....they return to your call.

ABSOLUTE WORST DRS OFFICE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, WHEN THEY FINALLY CALL YOU THE NEXT DAY ALMOST IMMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 2 WEEKS.THEY CONSTANTLY SUGGEST YOU GO TO URGENT CARE. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET AN APOINTMENT AT YOUR PRIMARY DO.NOT GET SICK OR NEED TO BE SEEN FOR SOMETHING IMPORTANT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR AT THE VERY LEAST 2 WEEKS. Can never get an appointment no matter how urgent. Had to go to the ER. I Called because I am blind in one eye I wound up getting pink eye from my kids daycare in the eye I have vision in. When I called they gave me an appointment for 2 weeks away and wouldn't even call in any rx or drops. They suggested I go to the ER or urgent care. Awful Drs office. Staffs are good, but doctor is rushed, long wait, been wait over 2 hours to see the doctor. I’ve been trying to call them 4months ago, they never call back and never pick up the phone. What’s wrong with them!?

Dr. Frank, is the BEST!I really love him. hes very down to earth and a great doctor. And Marissa, is the best! She runs the office great and treats the patients so good. I Cant say a bad thing, I mean ppl complain about the wait time, but that's at every doctors office. Anyway Dr. Mazzotta is GREAT!!!

Look, when a doctor is good, he is in demand, and that means he is busy for A REASON. It also means the staff is very busy for the same reasons. Yes, you have to wait. I would rather wait for a doctor who cares like Frank does, who listens like Frank does, who genuinely empathizes like Frank does. He takes the required time with you always, and then yes, rushes off but not before hearing you out, holding your hand and treating you with respect and kindness. The staff works VERY HARD and works non-stop, Debbie, Marisa and the rest are constantly under the gun and manage to always be pleasant. Theirs is not an easy job, and everyone needs to understand when a Doctor's office is as busy as this one is, it is because people WANT to be seen here. Dr Frank is amazing. You can talk to him about anything. Great bedside manner. Extremely good at what he does. The office staff though, although very nice except for one person who we all know who I'm talking about, needs to step up their game and start calling patients back and answering phones. The Dr is good, the office staff is the worst. Don’t expect the phone to be answered or a call back if you leave a message for prescription refill or needing to make an appointment.

VERY unprofessional. I been trying to make an appointment for the longest marissa (the office manager) does not answer when u press 3 nor does she respond to voicemails. I wouldn’t recommend no one to this office. I’ve been with them since Dr Wasniewski and nothing is the same since the switch over. My phone Died Ms Lauren a Receptionist thought i hung up on here so when i called back she actually hung up on me . Very unprofessional. VERY unprofessional. First Doctor I have had that really listens to what I have to say, Staff is always friendly and helpful to accommodate last minute appointments. Both office locations are great.

Incredible Family Practice. Me, my wife, and 3 children have always been seen on time, if not earlier. Frank is the most personable, knowledgable doctor in the entire tri-state area.
