I relocated to Fort Worth area a few years ago and had a difficult time finding a good dental office. I was very pleased with my appointment at Dr. Rubal’s office! The office was very clean, and the office staff was efficient and pleasant. Both the dental hygienist and doctor listened to my concerns and did a wonderful job with my exam and cleaning.

Starting with the smiling greetings of the office girls, the sweet hygienist and ending with the caring Dentist with gentle hands made my visit a great experience. This Dentist is a keeper.

A pleasant calming experience When I arrived I was in extreme pain for the third day with no sleep from excruciating pain in my mouth the staff The staff assured me that I would be fine and I was I have not been to a dentist in several years due to a bad experience so at this point I will be going to Dr. Rubal for any more procedures that need to be performed.

They did an absolute wonderful job. All of the staff are friendly and the check in and check out process is easy.

Quick service and very nice and polite people

We have been with Dr. Frank and his staff for 8 years, love his front office, Beth, his assistant and Dr. Frank. Always feel heard and taken care of.

The Hygienist are always professional and supportive of my dental goals. My visits to Rubal are stress-free and informative.

Very welcoming, quick but thorough. Everyone was great, from the receptionists to the staff. They detailed all of the procedures and costs. Finally found my long-term dental care home.

He is so considerate of my fear for dental work and always works to help me feel comfortable. Not to mention how nice and professional he is.

I felt the dentist was very knowledgeable and he explained my options with pinpoint precision. Great staff!!

My first visit, recommended by a neighbor & current patient. Staff was very welcoming, pleasant and very courteous. My issue did not require extensive attention by Dr Rubal, the dental assistant handled and handled quite well. Great office manner and demeanor, made me comfortable, fixed the issue, while not trying to upsell my future visit. Displayed care and concern for my visit, today. Will be back and plan on making this our regular dentist office. Treated like an ‘old fashioned’ , servicing the customer Dentsl office. Much appreciated! Will recommend.

Had regular cleaning. Everyone was polite, courteous, professional. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I called in with a broken molar.and they got me right away and went to work. They are very gentle and took great care to make sure I was comfortable. The entire staff is amazIng. I am extremely pleased with the care I was given.

I chose this dental office because I read in their bio that they were Christian and that's important to me. I made the right choice. The staff and Dr. Frank Rubal were all wonderful. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care.

Great visit! Dr. Rubal and his staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. I need some crowns and deep cleaning and Cara arranged it so I could have the work done over four visits. I highly recommend Dr. Rubal to everyone!

Their dental hygienist was absolutely amazing, very sweet. I told her from the get go I had really bad anxiety she actually walked me through an anxiety attack helping me so I didn’t cancel and just walk out, like I have previously at other dentist offices. I am super excited to work with this dentist office and get my mouth back to being beautiful

My visit was to get a permanent filling after a root canal. I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes.

This was my first visit . Yes I would recommend to my friends and family. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was a little nervous going in,came out feeling much better. They gave me a treatment plan I thought was very comprehensive and Fair. I'm ready to act on it and get the process underway.

Dr. Rubel and his staff run like a well oiled machine! Dr Rubel is very gentle and experienced. He has taken very good care of my family over the years. I recommend him to everyone!!!

Office is always exceptionally clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very pleased with Dr. Frank and Dr Jody Rubal as well as their dental hygienists. I’ve used them all and am confident I’m getting the best possible care here. Been using them for 10+ years. Had fillings, crowns, and teeth cleanings. They accommodate my anxiousness (That started long before I came to this dental practice) by allowing me to wear headphones so I can listen to calming music while they clean my teeth and for that I am very grateful. The conservative approach by the doctors are also preferable to me. Love them! ??

First visit, was made comfortable, exam went well and the explanations of options and costs were complete and understandable. The assistant Jane and Dentist Frank provided excellent details to aid in the decision making process of determining my dental plan approach. Well done.

I took my adult son there for the first time. It took a while to convince him to go. But his tooth hurt so much he finally agreed. His experience was so positive, he can't imagine going anywhere else. He had to have a tooth extracted, and he didn't even feel it. Mind you, my son has not been to a dentist in twenty years. So impressed with this office! From the moment I called (to get my daughters chipped tooth fixed) until the procedure was complete, they were fantastic! Fit us in and took great care of us! Thank you Today's Dental! I will be bringing my entire family here from now on.

Hands down the best Dentist and dental staff I have ever delt with! You set an appointment and actually get in at your appointment time!! The ladies are so nice and explain everything clearly from insurance to payment and procedures! All the work Dr. Rubal has done is perfect! He saved my teeth and continues to keep them good!! This idiot's staff does NOT know the difference between fluoride stains and cavities!!! I have had those stains since my teeth came in when I was a kid... never bothered me because you cannot see them.... even the one you can see I do not mind because I know the importance of not wearing down teeth enamel. Crazy woman drilled so hard into my teeth she left RIDGES! I think she cracked my tooth too! Then he insisted on replacing my filling that was just fine and now its coming out! The old filling was just fine... never had an issue with it until dr rubal touched it... now I have to have a crown! Who do you think has to pay for that!!!! If you want your teeth DO NOT GO HERE! There are other and better options in Azle! And I cannot even give 1/2 or a 1/4 star which I think is giving too much! Very friendly, very professional. My visit was thoroughly pleasant. They have become my dental office of choice.

If I could give negative stars I would. In 43 minutes total he billed my insurance over a thousand dollars. Billed me for work that wasn't complete, and then refused to return money that I was over charged. Awful. Awful. Awful.

My husband and I have been going to Today's Dental for so long the staff is like family.

Their office and staff are the most well-organized and professional I have ever seen. Making and changing appointments is a breeze, and they go out of their way to find concurrent appointment times if you have more than one family member who needs an appointment. Highly recommended!
