Very personable & professional! I went to Dr. Walter 12/27 after breaking my leg on Christmas skiing. He had a plan ready before even coming in the room & the next day did surgery to fix my leg! Him & his team answered all my questions & were super patient w/ me. I was very comfortable going to him by his confidence & reassurance. The initial few days of recovery were so much easier than before surgery. Thank you so much!

First consultation was great. Understanding of my problems and addressed them right away. Gave me reassurance by relating to the surgery I was getting. Surgery went well, best sleep of my life! Lol

New to the area and 1st time going here. Excellent environment. The nurses and Dr Walter make you feel as comfortable as possible. They treat their patients like they personally know them. Id highly recommend Dr Walter to family and friends! This IS the place to go!

Dr. Walter is an excellent doctor. Friendly, courteous, and knowledeable about his field of study. He explained my hand issues in a way that I could understand.

Dr Walter is the best. He did both my shoulders and 2 carpel tunnel surgery and I can't be happier. I wish him the best of luck and where he is going they are getting one of the great ones.

Dr. Walter is a very professional and kind physician. He took the time to explain the carpal tunnel procedure and answered all of my questions. Loved the booklet that he gave me that explained the surgery, after surgery and healing exercises.

From my very first (unexpected visit, fingers verses table saw) Dr. Walter was very personable and knowledgeable explaining what needed to be done and what my expected out come should be. I highly recommend Dr. Walter to anyone facing surgery, especially hand surgery. His expertise, knowledge and patient care are truly an asset to his patients. I am very fortunate to have had his expertise and not just his compassion and concern, but the entire staff reflects this.

I didnt see Dr. Walter, but his PA Dr. Dan. He was very thorough and informative. He was excellent.

I am very upset Dr. Walter is leaving at the end of this year. He is a great Doctor and has a wonderful bed side manner. He has done 4 previous procedures on me and made a point to get me in before he leaves. Surgery 12/09 this year so I feel at ease having him. I love the staff and care I get.

Great doc and staff

Excellent doctor knows what he's talking about. I like the fact that he tells it like it is. Straight shooter.

Dr Walters is an amazing doctor, he listens and offers options for care. If surgery is needed he walks you through the entire process. Very caring person.

From first visit to after surgery care I have to rate my experience as excellent. The hospital and clinical staff were well informed, caring and professional. I will definitely recommend Dr. Walter to friends and family.

The man knows what he is talking about. If there is something I need to know about my injury and ask him about it, he would make sure in my humble mind I would understand what was happening.

Very honest and caring Dr. Explains everything to you so you know what is happening and what to expect! It is very hard for me to trust and I am very very trustworthy of Dr. Walter and have had a few surgeries with him and only trust him. I was given options for my surgery that made me feel more comfortable before I went into surgery. I was very nervous, but they made sure I was okay every step of the way.

Dr Walter is a very kind & caring man. Unlike as lot of surgeons. He's very thorough & easy to understand.

Dr Walter performed a bicep tendon injection almost three years ago, which was repeated today. The prior result was great, and I am hoping for a similar result from today’s procedure. Dr Walter is proficient, has good bedside manner, and is a pleasure to see. I trust his medical judgment.

MY Complete Shoulder Replacement was fantastic. It went much better then expected. I never considered I really had pain, I had discomfort. Dr Walter was up front with everything and there if I had questions.

I would recommend Dr. Walter and his surgical team to anyone with hand or wrist issues. The entire team was very professional. Everyone was very compassionate and kind. I am recovering very well.

My husband has had both knees and I have had my wrist fracture taken care of by Dr Walter and his staff. He is an excellent surgeon and the staff are top notch.

Dr. Walter is a great doctor. He listens and takes the time to pay attention to how you are feeling. Very nice and easy to understand.

Dr Walter exceeded all expectations and more in resolving my 20+ years of carpal tunnel pain and discomfort. He was complete and his manner was beyond what you find in today's ever changing medical and general health services. He provided complete and clearly to understand issues around such an orthopedic ailment, leaving me overwhelmingly comfortable and confident in proceeding with surgery after two decades of significant pain. In as little as hours through about two to three days-Remarkable!!

I have been very happy with Dr. Walter's care. He fixed my broken arm and now a total knee replacement. I have full confidence in Dr. Walter and his staff and I couldn't have asked for better care by his staff and Divine Savior's staff!

Dr. Walter has performed four surgeries on me. I also know several people who have had surgeries done by him as well. Each time, he carefully explained the procedures and was very patient with answering any questions I had. Dr. Walter seems to genuinely care about his patients! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care!!

I fell fracturing my humerus and having a large full thickness rotator cuff tear. The pain was excruciating. Dr Walter walked in the exam room, shook my hand, and said, " I can see you are in a great deal of pain and we need to do something to make it stop". I had my consult on Monday and he added me on to his schedule on Thursday! I was treated with kindness, compassion and empathy...every single visit, every single time! This doctor is a skilled provider and a remarkable human being!

He messed up on my shoulder surgery the second time he had to go in. I had to go somewhere else to try to fix it and they were not able to. So now i get to live with more pain then i started out with. He was not very helpful or compassionate. He gave up. He also would not admit he messed up. Here is a big thank you to you Dr. Walters!! So 3 years of PT and 3 Shoulder surgeries later the problem is not fixed and can never be. Here is to a life with pain everyday!!
