I've been a customer for many years my benefits recently changed I called today to ask if they can look it up if they covered me and my family and the person who answered the phone was very rude and didn't even try to help

I will NOT be returning. And if you have high-risk individuals at home or young children you’re concerned about, you should NOT visit this office. During my appointment, I asked the optometrist very nicely to wear a mask, because my son at home is unvaccinated and is high-risk. She proceeded to tell me that she can’t do a thorough exam with a mask on because it makes her uncomfortable and she doesn’t like it. She said it makes her feel too flustered and like she can’t work with it on. I politely insisted and when she came back wearing one, she began telling me that “kids aren’t high-risk” and “none of them are getting really sick”. I told her my son has a pulmonologist and neurologist that informed me to take these precautions. She continued to berate me, saying “these masks don’t even work, you know that right. You should get a n95 mask.” She’s extremely unprofessional and lacks empathy or compassion for others. Again, I will NOT be returning. I will NOT be returning. Dr. Chin and her staff are prompt, caring, and efficient. Maria is especially attentive and kind. Dr. Chin is very knowledgable and understanding. The office is very is clean and it has a large variety of frames to choose from. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Chin and highly recommend going here.

Best optometrist ever. :)

I love Dr.Chin she's such a wonderful Dr. Up to date on all eye diseases as well as very compassionate towards her clients. Staff is wonderful as well ???? everyone has patience and love customer service my family will not go anywhere else.

Today was my 12 yr olds first visit after moving to the Central Valley recently. I highly recommend this facility. Staff is super friendly, helpful and informative — they made today’s visit great! The Optometrist, Dr. Chin could be a little more friendly (Customer service really goes such a long way—but who knows, maybe we just caught her on a bad day.) Nonetheless, she was extremely helpful/informative while giving me answers that I’ve been searching for regarding my daughters vision. I finally got answers I’ve been needing, so I’m really grateful. She’s obviously really great at her job, her facility is clean, spacious and run extremely efficiently. She’s hired such wonderful ladies for staff 5/5!! Love Dr. Chin. She made getting glasses for my 6 year old and my Spanish speaking husband really easy. Now we all have glasses we can actually use. They are family friendly and very professional and pleasant.

Staff have a bad attitude not friendly at all!! And the receptionist told me that there glasses were made by people in jail!!!

Charges you 4x the price of regular frames even if the glass is in perfect condition. They don't care about their patients, we're just customers to them.

She's very fast and understanding. I felt very comfortable with Dr Chin

Freda is a great OD. Very thorough. Office staff is super helpful and nice. Would recommend to any one.

Not the best of prices. Also, the window display is dirty and nasty looking. No thanks.

Love this office, been going here for years, they never change staff. Unusual in todays businesses! They are so friendly and its always a pleasure to go. Doc is very thorough and explains everything very well about treatment and options.
