Dr. Gabriel J Martinez-Diaz

As a physician myself, I wanted to find a dermatologist that I could trust for my entire skin, health and anti-aging needs. I am extremely fortunate to have met Dr Martinez-Diaz through my professional network and have been a loyal patient for as long as he has been in practice for nearly 8 years. What I like the most about him is the comprehensive aspect of his medical practice- he considers all of the aspects that are important to me and allows me to make informed decisions that help me reach my goals. His communication style is straightforward and informative! There’s no doubt he’s extremely talented and gifted with his hands. I don’t ever feel any discomfort with any of the procedures that I have received on a quarterly basis. Super professional and very honest about his recommendations. I always have very little downtime with anything that I get done.

Let me begin by saying that I met Dr. Martinez several years ago when he was practicing in Atlanta. I researched the heck out of him first because I had already been playing musical doctors with way too many dermatologists who clearly had no idea how to deal with my skin. His qualifications are top notch and just what i was looking for. I absolutely LOVED his no-nonsense, BS free approach. At the time I had been struggling with adult onset acne and had been to several other physicians none of whom could get this under control without shoving a prescription in my face. I love that he took the time to speak with me, address my concerns and educate me on the why and how of my options. I promised him I would follow his instructions and I did. The problem disappeared. After a few months I called the Atlanta office for a follow up and was heartbroken to learn that he had moved to Chicago. Not to be dissuaded I googled him and called his new office. Within minutes he was on the phone returning my call. We have maintained contact since then even though I moved to South Florida. Recently, after yet again another game of musical dermatologists here in South Florida (this time for a severe case of melasma), I reached out to him for help. And, again, Dr. Martinez responded within minutes. I was so desperate that I was ready to get on a plane to go see him in Chicago and told him so - yes, that’s how good he is. Instead he selflessly got me in touch with a comparable doctor here and due to his referral I was able to secure an appointment even though she is no longer accepting new patients. There are only 2 other doctors I’ve ever known who care about their patients this way, one was my father. Although I am quite pleased with his referral I really do have hope that he’ll eventually set up his practice in Miami. He is a gem and we should be so lucky to have him here.

I had an amazing time! His office is gorgeous, all the people the worked there are very sweet, and Dr Martinez has helped me so much!

Top notch. Meticulous. Efficient and highly personable. would highly encourage anyone to see him. I have recommended him to a large number of friends and family.

Dr. Martinez-Diaz goes above and beyond what I expect from a dermatologist. His attention to detail, ability to explain things in simple manner. His team coordinates everything and provide detail instructions on what to expect with response to treatment plans. I enjoy your friendly personality, ability to laugh and put me at ease, as well as his transparency about costs and need for follow up. Overall, an outstanding dermatologist.

He is VERY rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone!
