as usual my visit was perfect. some years ago i found dr nace by accident as she was rotating through a department store optical dept and i went there obsessively looking for a crystal frame. as soon as we began communicating i knew how special she was (my experiences with optometrists in CA had been awful). i decided on the spot that she would be my doc and i followed her to visual processing. by the way that store had no crystal frames so after getting my Rx from dr nace i had to go to another department store to find them. i have been diagnosed with some very serious visual problems since and see 4 seperate specialties one of whom is dr nace, as a matter of fact i consider her as my main doc, the one i want coordinating all the others. she always sees the big picture while paying attention to all the elements, NOTHING goes by the wayside or is ignored.

If you're looking for great service from the initial appointment to selecting your glasses look no further. Visual Processing has excellent optometrist and Dr. Shawn goes above and beyond to provide the best service for all patients.

We love Dr. Shawn! My son had therapy when he was younger and his vision improved tremendously. We now come for our annual check-ups because my son actually loves coming into the office. Staff are very friendly and Dr. Shawn is the best. He is knowledgeable, down to earth, gives us great information on ways to maintain what was learned in treatment, and he makes the eye exam fun. We couldn’t be happier!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this optometrist with my son. We saw Dr. Liz. (Elizabeth Nace). Despite a thorough initial evaluation and follow-up visit, the doctor failed to provide a report of my son's results, even after repeated promises to do so over the course of three months. We were left in the dark about his results and recommendations for therapy. When we finally requested a follow-up appointment to receive the report, the doctor seemed disorganized and clueless about the situation. Despite repeated requests for the report and recommendations, the only solution offered was to refund our money. This lack of professionalism and failure to provide adequate care was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this practice to anyone. This experience fell far short of my expectations.

I have been seeing Dr Etting for about 16 years, he is an excellent Dr. And good person,, the entire staff has been great to me!! This office has a lot of kids as patients.Go there!!

Our visits have always been pleasant. The staff is professional and kind. I appreciate Dr. Joseph's work. He's very thorough, informative and patient. I appreciate how time is taken to ensure our choice of frames are the best for us.

Always a great experience. Been coming here for over 20 years! It’s nice to see many of the same face as you were here from the beginning! I will say I tried a different optometrist closer to home, and was so disappointed in my glasses prescription… here at visual processing, their lab does the best job when it comes to prescription lenses!

DR Etting is experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate. My whole family has been under his care for over 15 years, we very happy to have found him. By the way his staff is very good as well.

Dr. Tran and I have worked out a great system and I am so thankful to be able to have her help me from home. I feel that I am making progress and doing very well. I seem to focus on the exercises that are hard and not as much on the very easy ones. I am still going back to revisit the past exercises that I still do not feel I had mastered until I feel confident that I can do them well. I really appreciate this at home service that you provide! So- This will be a TWO part review: I’ve been coming to this office for over 20 years. And I’ve always received the BEST customer care, doctors care, for myself and my child. The front desk area has always been extremely friendly, and professional. Judy is AMAZING. Her professionalism and personality have always been fantastic. I’ve been to all the Doctors, and I’ve always had great experiences. So, for all that, I give a Heartfelt “5”. ***As far as the SECOND part of my review, which I am rating at a “2”, I’ve noticed some new changes at the front desk. Now the reason why this has left SUCH an impact on me is that this is your FIRST introduction to any office: The Front Desk/Receptionist etc. And the energy has completely CHANGED, and not for the better. The person at the front desk didn’t greet me in the manner of which I have experienced in the past the same way. In fact, it was very lackluster. This is very disappointing. Extremely expert service

One of the best doctor experiences I've had. I felt like I was really taken care of and listened to. Very positive energy.

Exceptionally competent and professional team. Can’t say enough good things about the entire process from making a appointment to the actual visit and exam and the ordering of glasses. Very painless and streamlined. They work they do is truly game changing and life altering.

I have been going to Dr. Eating's office for several yeasrs and has always taken his time to make sure you get the correct prescription.

Marvelous optometrist place. I was assisted by Kim whom was the nicest person there. She answered all of my questions and made checking my eyes a fun and wonderful process. Thank you Kim!!

The office staff squeezed me in with a next day appointment. Dr. Etting is clearly very experienced and explained and listened very carefully about a complex vision issue. Great people! That says it all.

I chose this practice because it is close to my home. Dr. Joseph is wonderfully personable while being detailed, knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt rushed or part of an appointment time slot. The opticians know their business and are a pleasure to deal with. My new go-to for eye exams!

My special needs daughter had her eye exam yesterday, I could not go in with her and was on the phone the entire visit. Dr Etting is always great with her. She needed new glasses and Judy patiently helped her pick the best pair.

Great Doctors! the office is very professional!

I’ve been going here for almost 13 years .., the whole staff is the best easy to talk to and very through.

Dr. Etting, Dr. Tran, and the entire staff are terrific, extremely knowledgeable, and couldn't be more helpful or kind.

We continue to see growth and improvement in our daughters grades and she really enjoys all the specialist she trains with.

I have been going to this office for over 35 years; each of the doctors has been wonderful. I cannot recommend Dr. Etting more highly.
