Theives!! This place should be shut down!! I visited due to pain in both ears, paid my copay, the "doctor" looked in my ears, and then literally said "your ears look fine so we're not going to do anything."

One star is EXCEPTIONAL for this clinic and the "doctor". He removed my tonsils and adenoids, not because they really needed to be removed but because I asked if they were the cause of my sinus issues. Turned out that it wasn't necessary and he also cut my Uvula and now it doesn't dangle, which makes it weird to gargle. Wasted pain.

I actually have had a good experience at this doctors office. My daughter sees the nurse practitioner and she’s very informative. It’s hard to get a hold of people in the office over the phone, but when I do they are helpful. They stay on top of my daughters condition and order tests and exams then print them out and show me exactly what I’m looking at. I appreciate that the np takes the time to talk with me and shows me exactly what she’s looking at. We have set appointments every 3 months but if anything is to happen I can always get in touch with the doctor. We have been going for over two years now. Not certain when is officer hour. Always tell me call next day. Can't event take a basic question for walk ins. Suggest to loon other better places.

I been here 2 times to see the Dr. and doctor wasn't there, the staff girl doesn't even smile, they got me a third appointment tosee the Dr. and had me waiting for 3 hours to tell me the Dr. wasn't there and the manager gave me a speech for like 15 min. Telling me the Dr. only sees patients that are in critical condition that needs surgical attention or things like that. So I agree to see the practitioner to get it over with. Worst doctor office I've been too. It has everything you expect in a bad doctor's office: rude careless staff, bad smell, dirty hallway, loooong waiting hours. My son was schedule for Surgery. I was advised by the office that he would be the first one as they go by the youngest to the oldest. When registering at the hospital they advised the clinic had submitted the list and he was number four. It was already 10:00 a.m. and my son had not been seen.
