Dr. Heck diagnosed my sever joint pain as possible rheumatoid arthritis. He sent me to the top Rheumatologist in South Jersey who confirmed that it was rheumatoid arthritis.

Tried to sell me on stomach surgery instead of diet and exercise within 30 seconds of meeting him. Billed me almost $250 to hear him say that. Ordered blood work that I explicitly told him I was not consenting to due to it not being covered by insurance, and he wrote it on the bloodwork paperwork anyway, which I only found out when I had to confirm with the nurse that the services were to be covered. Went in for a routine physical (free to me); they billed it as an (expensive!) office visit.

I have been going to Dr. Heck for close to 30 years, along with my entire family. He is a great, knowledgeable doctor, and he always puts you at ease. He knows his stuff, and he has always treated me and my family with courtesy and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Heck to anyone. He has truly been a blessing.
