Dr. Gary T Jones

***NOT FRIENDLY TO DISABLED PATIENTS*** I have required the use of a service dog since 2018. I didn't bring him to my surgery appointment because service dogs are not allowed in sterile or surgical settings, however I needed an emergency follow up on 11/02/2020. Despite telling the practice owner that my dog is a service animal trained for specific tasks he refused to treat me unless my dog was in another room (out of my direct control, which is illegal under ADA law). I ultimately had to seek treatment with another dentist's office. Dr. Jones acknowledged that if I was blind and my service animal was a guide dog he would treat me, but refused to treat me. When questioned about this by the NCDOJ, Dr. Jones lied and said that I told him my dog was an emotional support animal. All I asked for was an apology and acknowledgment that he was wrong. Dr. Jones may be a good surgeon but the man is morally bankrupt.

Dr Jones and his staff are simply the best I have been going to see him for a few months now and I cant complain what so ever he is also very personable he will get to know you and that's it your buds for life!!! I would tell anyone to go bad or good situation he can help you no matter what!

Dr. Jones and his team provided excellent care during my first procedure which included tooth removal and bone grafting under local anesthesia. My recovery was quick with little pain and discomfort.

"What a difference you made in my life" These are the words that come to my mind when I think about what Dr. Jones and his staff have done for me. Prior to meeting Dr. Jones at his seminar in Fayetteville, I was an introvert and was embarrassed to speak up in a group or even person to person due to bad teeth and bad breath. Dr. Jones did a full lower implant and a bone graft in the upper & was virtually painless. I am now more confident, more social, more happy. What a difference Dr, Jones made.

Thank you Dr. Jones for my painless placement of 2 dental implants. This was my second surgery with Dr. Jones. First, the extraction of my failing bridge and bone grafting and now 2 implants. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this practice, he was extremely professional and the staff was outstanding and comforting. Again, Thank you Dr. Jones !!!

Great office staff and surgery seemed to go well. Hopefully you won't need help over the weekend. I left 4 messages in 2 days with no call back. After being assured there was a doctor on call to return calls.
