WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!Doctor Hannan was once my primary care physician. Once I had a visit he asked me why do I only come when I’m sick and I needed to come every 3 months. I’m sure he would have liked that because I have good insurance. My in-law currently has him as her primary care physician and constantly has to wait 2 hrs to be seen after her scheduled appointment while others come in and are seen before her like her time is not valuable. My mother neeeeeds her medications refilled. Every month is the same problem the pharmacy have to fax request of refills and Doctors office will not answer the pharmacy calls or Doctor Hannah patient’’s calls. Dr Hannah is a good doctor but his staff are rude and WON’T PICK UP THE PHONE. My mother has A-fib and can’t have her Eliquis because the secretary won’t answer the phone. I am a new patient and was very pleased with the care I received today. Dr. Hannan and his nurse Hope made me feel very comfortable.

Dr Hannan is the most professional and most knowledgeable physician I have ever been seen by. He truly cares about his patients and will do everything possible to insure that they get the very best care. His nurse, Hope, is just a peach. She's equally concerned for their patients well-being. I transferred to this doctor hoping to find a good doctor that will listen and take my health concerns in to consideration. Unfortunately, this doctor gives poor service and doesn't want to spend anymore than a few minutes with you. He won't consider your problems or concerns about how you feel and refused to put in a referral to a specialist that could further examine and diagnose my health problems. If you have health problems you want answers to, don't waste your time with this doctor. Overall I was very unsatisfied with how this Doctor treated me and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Dr. Hannan is a thorough physician. He is genuinely concerned and makes sure that all test are done in a timely manner. I have been coming to his office for many years. He is the physician that followed up with a concern from my gynecologist that lead to the diagnostic of multiple myeloma. You are in excellent care with Dr. Hannan and his staff. Dr. Hanna is my new primary Doctor. I chose him because of the outstanding care and attention he rendered to my mother when she was terminally ill. He recognized and diagnosed a condition my mother had, to which her own primary Doctor gave no attention or consideration (but should have). Also, he showed such compassion to her and my family. My family and I will always hold him in high esteem and thank him forever. Although my mother had not been his patient for a long time, he provided her with exceptional care and showed such compassion, which the doctors she had been seeing for many years did not.
