Met with him on May 3 2017 .... wonderful beside mannor had no problem talking with me helping me understand the fracture I have may or may not heal without long term effects told me to give it another another 6 weeks and I like that I'm not big on pain meds and I don't like being cut on unless it's necessary but if ever I brake a leg someone better call this handsome my kinda of guy !!! I will never recommend him. He did not do an examination his response was the xrays say it isn't broken lets put a cast on it.

Was new patient, got cattle hearded thru his office.Actually walked out on me when i was trying to ask questions,and shut door on me. Will not return to a doctor who does not seem to have any care or respect for a patient..

Dr. McCarthy tries his best to help you and doesn't give up. Besides manner is wonderful and that counts for a lot when you are suffering constantly with pain. He actually listens to you when you say new problems have arisen instead of just brushing you off.

I don't see Dr McCarthy until the 11th for my first round of facet injections. But Cathy has been taking care of me getting everything set up. And she is doing suparts injections in my knee. The receptionist is a Dall baby and Cathy will bend over backwords to help you. I highly recomend bluefield orthopedics!!!!!
