Dr. Pickard is awesome. Everyone in the office is really friendly and they all make you feel very comfortable. I was so bummed when my company changed insurance and they're no longer in network. :(

Horrible scheduling process. Difficulties filing with insurance that they even accept.

Been taking my family here for years and it's the best. If you've been avoiding the dentist, don't!, just come in and they will help you out. Overly friendly and extremely clean!!!! 10/10

They have a very friendly, professional, and caring staff!!! They make you feel comfortable and relaxed!!! They are very skilled in their jobs!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Dr. Scheumann, Dr. Pickard and staff do an outstanding job. My kids feel so comfortable when they get their teeth cleaned. Everyone is so nice and personable. We appreciate having them as our dentists.

Wow! It’s great to go back to the Dentists office, although it might have been 6 months to late, considering I had a cavity! Nevertheless, I love the Doctor and everyone there!!!! I very much appreciate having Dr. Jessica Pickard help me with all my dental problems! She and her assistant Courtney have been a blessing since I've started going there 2 years ago now. I've struggled with anxiety around dental work and avoided seeing a dentist for over 5 years before I started going to Scheumann Dental Associates. They have helped calm my stress around dental work with excellent communication and made every experience pleasant. The front desk staff is also very kind and knowledgeable! They are the reason I made an appointment to being with. They are always cheerful and happy to help. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try this professional dental office. This place is amazing. The staff, Dr Pickard and Dr Scheumann are all really great and make you feel comfortable in the chair. There’s a reason I drive over an hour for dental work and not just free WiFi. Thank you for being great, and keep it up!

I've never been to any office (doctor, dentist and so on) that's treated me so well as soon as I walk in the front door. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves, they make every visit a warm and welcoming one. Everyone was very nice and personable throughout the whole visit. Cleaning went well and was very pleased with the thoroughness.

Being out of state for many yrs I missed having such good care. I’m glad I was able to come back and could get in as a patient again. Everyone was so nice!

You won't find a better dental service in town. The fronr desk staff are welcoming & friendly. The hygienist are professional & thorough. And the Dentists are kind, caring, personable and professional. I highly recommend them. They are all awesome!

At first I thought this dental office was pretty good the workers were nice and friendly. They pulled one of my fiances wisdom teeth and everything was fine. Well he has a tooth that has been bothering him that has metal in it and the wisdom tooth behind it is irritating it and the dentist knew about it. Well he got the first one pulled a week ago and the dentist knew it was hurting him and sent him home without any antibiotics. He had scheduled an appointment to get 4teeth cut out including the one with the metal. Well he got to the point today that he couldn't stand the pain any longer so he called his old dentist in KY and he told him that where he scheduled ab appointment to have them cut out and his metal tooth is infected they should have given him antibiotics or they won't touch it when he goes for surgery. Well he went back to the dentist in auburn and Dr. Scheumann told him he didn't want to work on his teeth at all because of the shape they are in. My fiance hasn't had dental insurance in 3 years and he is very insecure about his teeth so this upset him very much. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dentist and we for sure won't be going back. Excellent and professional staff. It's well known people are not fans of going to the dentist, but they do a great job of getting you comfortable and getting the job done quickly. Check them out.

Great dental office. The entire staff is caring and sensitive. The atmosphere is relaxing and homey. Dr. Scheumann is so gentle that even the shots are painless. I wouldn't think of going any where else for my dental care. I recommend Dr. Scheumann without reservation.
