Dr. Gaurang Ramanbhai Patel

We going there for many years for normal scheduled visit etc. Initially it was ok but recently from last 4-5 years it just keep getting worst. Doctor won't see even after making appointment due to some billing department concern that insurance won't pay for visit. Billing department never called us upfront to raise any concern but they informed front desk about that. When we showed up to clinic at appointment date time front desk started telling us and now they want us to pay upfront. I said if insurance deny then you can send us bill like normal way of billing but no they want upfront payment. That is when we are going to them for more than 10 years. Just simply pathetic.

I was very satisfied with him and thought he was thorough with my follow ups. Best was when I went to see a oncologist and she said dr Patel did everything correct that was suppose to be done. Thank you dr Patel

I would give 0 Stars if possible. Terrible doctors and horrible staff. They never an urgent appointment timings. I always have to take my kids to urgent care instead. Urgent care doctor knows us more than their PCP. Don't go here unless you're okay with waiting over an hour and treated rudely.

I had seen Dr.Gaurang Patel for my daughter (8 years old), who has wheezing issue and her regular Doctor was not available. Dr.Patel was more concerned about why she was not his regular patient. So he spent better part of the appointment on informing(berating) us why we need to see him on regular basis. He seemed least interested in my daughter's problem. This was one of my worst experience ever with a Doctor and I will never recommend him to anyone.
