I've been a patient for 2 years and have received great care every visit. But I'm writing to express how much I appreciate the superb service provided on my last visit in March, a bit of an emergency visit, due to a crown that came off. The crown was done by another dentist years ago and Thomas Family Dentistry not only fit me in for an early morning appointment to fix it quickly, they were all very pleasant, and the procedure was very inexpensive! (As I had recently dropped my dental insurance). And the crown is still holding on in place, no further issues. Worst experience ever today. I’ve been coming here for years they have hired some new front desk help that is extremely rude. I think mandate rules should be followed by everyone not just some. When I walked in there was a guy in the lobby not wearing a mask and I looked over to the left and 3 of there employees had them strapped below there chins. Very unsafe in these uncertain times. When the lady at the desk leaned over to talk to me she took her mask down to expose here nose and mouth as she spoke to me. They proceeded to get snippy with me and and told me in exactly these words we don’t need you as a customer so I guess there’s that. Wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone that cares about there health and well being not to mention the stress I’ve been coming here for years.. should spend less time decorating and more time focusing on customer service and practicing what’s good for one is good for all Worst experience ever today. Very pleasant and professional staff. Clean environment. Got in and out quickly.

My husband and I moved from South Florida where we could never find a dentist who cared about his patients or how much pain they would inflict. Then we moved to Tennessee and found Thomas Family Dentistry. We are so happy to have such a friendly staff and dentists. We drive an hour to go see them and don't mind a bit. They are the most caring dentists we have ever met. We even had our daughter from Florida see them. She was so impressed that she will be back. Thank you for your great service. If you’re scared or you just dread going to the dentist because of all the sounds you hear from the instruments to the smell of just being in a Dentist Office and let’s not forget all the “Debbie Gibson” music that you have to hear while 10 things are going in and out your mouth at once well...your dread days are over !!! This Dentist and his Staff down to his office you’re gonna love!! Dr.Thomas is the most gentle, genuine , soft spoken, funniest, very informative, not there to drain your bank account man I have ever met I just wish I had known him years and years ago So seriously don’t even look no further don’t give it a second thought GO SEE HIM and you’ll be saying you wish you had known him sooner too! I’ve been coming here for years, as well as my parents and now my son too! The Thomas family is great and they treat everyone like family here. There’s been periods where I haven’t had insurance and they’ve always worked with me so I could have all the dental care I’ve needed.

My family and I have been going to see Dr Gealon Thomas for many years. I recently have also had the pleasure of meeting and being treated by Dr Ben and Dr Sam. All three doctors along with the staff are professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate going above and beyond to provide the best care ensuring the “visit to the dentist” is a welcome experience rather than a dreaded one. This is an awesome dental practice. I have been using this practice for 30 years and wouldn't gi to anyone else. Everyone is always super friendly and considerate.

This office is the best dental office I have ever been to. Both Dr Gealon Thomas and Dr Ben Thomas are top notch and super friendly. They are so gentle and caring. The office staff is just as wonderful!

I had my first appointment here yesterday and absolutely loved how kind and caring Dr. Gealon Thomas, Sonia the hygienist, and the rest of the staff were. They were gentle on my teeth. Best dental cleaning experience! Highly recommend.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. I highly recommend this group. They are extremely kind and patient. They did a wonderful job on my crown. They accepted my dental insurance too. Thank you Dr. Thomas and staff.

I got called into work and I had to call and cancel/reschedule my cleaning appointment and the receptionist without hesitation told me I wasn't welcome back. I guess I should have quit my job and made my dental appointment ???? let's give nice people business seymour! (if I could give less than 1 star I totally would)

Dr. Thomas is awesome. I have TMJ issues, and he always keeps that into consideration and is very gentle. He’s my favorite dentist.

Dr. Ben Thomas is so very kind, informative and he gives you options that you can handle. Had a tooth pulled and he took his time and I had not one pain. Would highly recommend this office and staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!

My husband and I have moved an hour away from Dr. Thomas' office and still commute back and forth and always will. He is one of the nicest people and really caring as well as his staff. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of a great dentist.

Would rather let my teeth rot than to set foot in their establishment. The receptionist acts like she is the queen of England and the first and only time I let them in my mouth I had to go somewhere else to get the work they did corrected.

Super kind and nice staff! We're able to see me right away as a new patient! I look forward to continuing care from such a great staff!

Dr. Thomas & Dr. Smith are the best dentists ever!! :)

I had an unexpected dental emergency and Dr. Thomas squeezed me in to his schedule. He is exceptionally kind and professional. I was very happy with my treatment. The staff members are friendly as well.
