Do not recommend. I only kept this physician for my children bc it is close and they don't have to visit very often. One child received shots there--never again. I always have to go to the Lake Co. Health Dept for shots because the roughness shown at this location. I made an appointment specifically to get a referral, the doctor gave me incorrect information and then when I found out it was wrong---they refused to give me the referral! I waiting 4.5 hours for a callback (when I was told 30 minutes)--then they called at closing so that I could not return the call. Totally unprofessional.

The best doctor I ever had

Decided to take lo to a homeo dr. for future appts. Went to get lo's records as dad took her in last time and found out the dr. gave her all of her 4-6 year shots at barely 3 years old. I do not find this acceptable. most were not even approved for her to get at that age based on the mfg. insert paperwork but i guess the dr. doesnt care about patient safety.

Dr. Sivam takes care of all 6 of my children since we moved to Highland, IN going on 5 years. Dr.Sivam is the best Pediatrician my kids have had. Her staff is also very kind like Dr. Sivam

Rescheduled on their patient Fusion website I picked the available dates and times that they provided and when I call two hours before my appointment to see if I can add on my other child's they told me they were closing in 45 minutes she said I should just take him into Urgent Care my blood is boiling because they were so careless and showed no sympathy for their lack of communication.

She was my son's doctor for approx. 2 years,(with no issues) then we never saw her again. She was never in the office and we had to see a different doctor every visit. She just handed us over to her colleagues that didn't seem to much. My younger son was mis-diagnosed by 2 different doctors on 2 different occasions.

Dr. Sivam is amazing! My two boys are 2 and 6. With their previous pediatrician they were both scared to go see him. Now, they enjoy going for their visits (even with shots haha). She is kind and caring. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and give good advice.

I probably wouldn’t recommend Dr. Sivam, simply because my infant needed to be seen Asap by her doctor and they told me they couldn’t see her until next week Wednesday. They told me to just take her to urgent care? What’s the point of having a doctor if you can’t see them with an emergency concern? ..... Very disappointed

My child was admitted to Community with pneumonia. She saw him everyday he had to stay and reassured us that everything would be okay. After we left the hospital, she even texted us a few days later to check to see how my son was. She is da best!!

We have been with Dr. Sivam since my Grandson was born - We went through difficult time with a near death experience from sepsis. If Dr. Sivam had not diagnosed him in time he would not be here with us. Dr.Sivam was always there with us .we even have her cell phone if we ever needed her - Both grandkids are gown and still coming to her. The staff at her office is always friendly.

Dr Sivam always takes time and wonderful care to us. She is very thorough and knowledgable. She always takes the time to explain to us. She has become family to us with the care of my children.

Wonderful Doctor!! She is very caring and gentile with her patients. Dr. Sivam will meet all you newborn or childs needs. If you need to be seen she will work you in to her appointment. She goes above and beyond.

I have been taking my two boys to Dr. Sivam for over 6 years. She is the most caring and understanding doctor. She always take the time to answer all of my questions. She also explains everything so I can always understand their diagnosis. Her office staff is always willing to help in any way. Dr. Sivam's assistant, Jennifer is always kind and very caring with my boys. Everyone goes above and beyond, which is fantastic.

I recommend Dr. Sivam because she treats her patients with love and respect. She takes the time to know the patient and help them understand their treatment plan. She has been invaluable in the care of my granddaughter and has helped me cope with her health issues. Her staff is competent and knowledgable, as well. They are always smiling, friendly and show a true desire to help.

I highly recommend Dr. Sivam! She has been taking care of my teenagers since they were born and I would not trust anyone else with their care. I feel confident in her decisions because she stays current with the guidelines but also is able to connect with and explain everything to the children so they understand. She consistently goes above and beyond to not only treat them but to also keep them healthy.

We love Dr. Sivam. We have been seeing her since my kids were born and they are now teenagers. She is great with kids of all ages. Dr. Sivam does an excellent job of explaining illnesses/conditions/medicines to me.

I have been seeing Dr Sivam for the past 14 years. She is our family pediatrician for my four children. She is always available for my children any time of the day.She response to our needs immediately and also follows up to make sure my children are fine. We love her and i would highly recommend her to everyone. Her staff is also wonderful. I am always able to see the doctor when the children are ill within the same day. I love Dr. Sivam and her staff. She is more than a doctor to my children.

My children have been seeing Dr. Sivam for six years since we moved to Highland. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable. The children love her and when my son was in the nicu she encouraged breastfeeding (when the staff at the hospital gave me a hard time) and has always been a great doctor and a great support. Her staff is amazing .

I love to see Dr.Sivam since my daughter born . Dr.Sivam explains every thing. She is very compassionate and caring pediatrician. Spends time with me. I refer to all my friends. Maria

She never checked to see if my child was still her patient. She recommended us to a hospital for a serious condition and never heard from her again afterwards. She didn't show any compassion at all.

My daughter has been seeing Dr Sivam for 18 years, she was a preemie weighing only 1lb13oz. once we were finally released from he NICU. Dr Sivam knowing that my daughter should not be around a lot of people never let us wait in the waiting room, due to germs. She and her staff have always been corteous and professional. very knowledgeable about my daughters needs and her disability. Highly recommended.

Dr Sivam and staff have always been wonderful with our boys. We have been coming to see her for 11 years and have recommended her to at least five families of which have been seeing her as well. We all love her, she is amazing and is super caring and loving with the children. We hope to have her around for many many more years!!

I absolutely love Dr.Sivam and her staff. I was her patient as I was growing up and now I am taking my daughter to her. I don't think I would feel comfortable taking my daughter to another pediatrician. She is very good at what she does and she loves all her children that come in. She has helped me so much already being a first time mom with raising and guiding me how to care for my seven month old. I would recommend her to anybody that is looking for a pediatrician

My niece saw Dr. Sivam and I couldn't be more pleased. She was thorough, attentive, caring, precise and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff was swift, professional and polite. This visit was like seeing an auntie with extensive medical knowledge. I'm so happy we found Dr. Sivam. She's everything you could hope for in a physician.
