The receptionist aren’t very friendly. They just moved across from crunch fitness. Dr Alger truly cares.

Everyone in the office was happy to be here and didn’t act as if their patients were an inconvenience. Gemma was the best optometrist I’ve been to.

I've been coming here since 2017 and I must say Dr. Alger and all the staff are awesome. They are very down to earth and treat you like a person, not just a patient. They actually listen to what you have to say and not make you feel like a bother. So yes I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking eye care. Excellent service. Love this place! They are so nice and caring.

Spectacular. Is that something you say about eye exams? Yes. In this case. I've had many eye exams in my 63 years. Never one if describe that way. If you'd rather have a great exam and leave the fireplace and waterfalls out of the waiting room this is the place for you.

Today was my second eye exam with Dr. Gemma Alger, OD, in the LaFrontera shopping center in Round Rock, TX. I was greeted by her pleasant receptionist/assistant and my exam began earlier than my scheduled time. I had no wait and received all of the tests and services that I expected with efficiency and professionalism from the doctor and her staff. I will definitely return.
