We absolutely love the Chengs. They are fabulous pediatricians. Sweet and caring and we always leave happy and well taken care of. Nurses are great, have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend them

Dr. Gene Cheng and Dr. Siridao Cheng are both AMAZING with my boys. They really care about the kids and will go to great lengths to make sure they are okay and get to feeling better. I started using them at first because they took Medicaid and I stayed with them after getting insurance through work because my boys, my husband, and I love them so much. I love Dr. Chang and his wife I been going to them since I been a child but, the nurses there are very rude and not kid friendly for it to be a pediatrician office. People go where there children feel the most comfortable. Tina has an attitude and the other nurse has no personality at all just stares at you.

I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. I love Dr. S Cheng. She is wonderful. Sheri in the front office is amazing. Tina is amazing. Jessica is amazing. Everyone else is kinda meh.

The drs themselves are great. Office Staff, not so much. Also takes over a month to get an appointment for a check-up. So, if you plan on going here, call a month in advance for appointment.

I have been bringing my children To this physician's office for alot of years and when they were in the office today on the 3 rd day of April for sinus problems bad allergies and couple more issues they have a low immune systems and get sick easily which is something they can't help nor can I. I have not had a whole lot of problems until this certain visit what was especially aggravating was how me and my two girls were treated by the nurse she was rude interrupting a lot, more or less telling my oldest child to hush because it was about her if that is the kind of patient service we're going to get I will look elsewhere for another pediatrician office. Over-all a Very good doctor...very courteous and interacts well with little ones. Let's you and the child talk...:)

Did not diagnose the problem and kept giving my daughter one medicine after another. Simple problem; any pediatriacin should have seen it. Called on the weekend and found there was no after hours care. Called that Monday and found he was on vacation with no one covering for him. Found a new doctor. His wife is his partner and she is great but works only part time. Most of the time we got him.
