Tried to explain I was Leary about getting the childhood vaccines to my 3 month old and Dr instantly became aggravated . Asked where I got my information from and where are articles to show him. Told me I needed to spend a day in the library and stay off the internet! Stated if my daughter got meningitis she would die. I felt attacked and was taken back by his instant change in demeanor towards me. Did NOT offer in a professional manner to discuss my concerns and worries about any potential vaccine risks. Abruptly ended the visit and stated I cannot be your child’s doctor anymore and walked out the door leaving me there feeling not heard and made to feel dumb for having concerns. How about he recommend some articles for me to research instead of basically accusing me of being ignorant and dismissing my worries. Told me he was the doctor and I was wrong. I left the visit in tears and not even allowed to discuss my fears. I will NEVER return!!

Not only is our kiddo's pediatrician (Dr. Anderson) the sweetest doctor we've had for our kids, he is so understanding, patient and willing to take his time addressing concerns. Kim, the front desk, and other staff we've had the pleasure of working with, have all been wonderful.

Great pediatrician and practice.

Dr. Anderson is no longer with SSM. He and his partners stated a new practice called Premier Pediatrics located in Arnold, MO. The phone number there is 314-859-4000

Dr. Anderson has been our pediatrician for a number of years, and we absolutely love him. He is kind, knowledgeable, punctual, and he takes extra time when we have a complicated situation. Our kids actually enjoy going to his office for visits and they appreciate his friendly staff as well.

Dr. Anderson was on call for my child's pediatrician. He was rude, condescending, stubborn, and never took the chance to look in my child's chart to see her history (an ER visit the day before) and hear my concerns. This was an early evening call to the exchange, not something in the middle of the night. I will be sure to not see him when our pediatrician is out of the office.
