Mr. George Thomas Brown

Bad experience. I understand the "yes my doctor is quirky but he's good so it's OK" approach to tolerate bad bedside behavior. We saw neither professional etiquette or help that gave us confidence in Dr. Brown's abilities. He was rude and condescending with my elderly mother. Luckily she couldn't hear him... but I could, and I called him out after it had happened several times. I now know what to expect, and we will not be seeking Dr. Brown's services again. Maybe he has changed since the previous positive reviews I am seeing from some time back, but I got the impression of someone who was frustrated that he was not retired. On a positive note, the woman working the desk was a sweetheart.

Great Dr. with a good personality. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an ENT

I have been seeing Dr. Brown for quite a number of years and I will say that if you're looking for a Dr. to just write you a prescription and send you on your way he is the wrong guy for the job. Super conservative, very knowledgeable and will explain in somewhat lamens terms what is going on. I will warn you he has a no non sense, this is what it is kind of bedside manner...no hand holding here! With that said though he is great and I've never left his office wondering what to do next and without him putting a sucker in my hand. Dr. Brown is professional and really knows what he is doing. We had been to many "specialists" and they all just scratched their heads and said there was nothing they could do...
