I've had this appointment for a month with Niagara Falls Roswell, they knew I was coming to get my second round of vaccination shots. When I arrived on time for my appointment I was advised that Buffalo Roswell did not send any of my vaccinations to Niagara Falls Roswell. So I have to go back again tomorrow for my vaccinations !

I was never sent a virtual call email for my visit with Dr. Chen so I cannot properly score my visit as it did not take place

Very personable. Answered all of my questions.

Incredible attention to detail; Dr Chen shows empathy in quirky ways, but I wouldn’t want anyone else overseeing my care for my bone marrow transplant and graft vs host disease.
