This place is the absolute worst doctor's office I have ever experienced. They are disrespectful and rude. The nurses and health care providers are incompetent in the required medical knowledge needed for safe patient care. They do not read test results until your scheduled appointment. My mother had lab work done and multiple scans completed three months ago and the results weren't even read until her appointment which resulted in her delay of needed care. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. Called in at 9am to have a script called in for a chest cold. Said I may have to see the doctor. Appointment available at 3pm but will check and see if the PA will call something in. I called 9 times throughout the day to see if I needed to come in or if something was called in. Never given an answer just that they will call me back. So on the 9th call they say they don’t know they are busy I can come in at 11:30 tomorrow. 9 phone calls starting at 9 am and couldn’t get something called in or an appointment set up.
