Wonderful dentist, staff is very welcoming!

The worst staff I've ever dealt with in my life! Very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Can't say much about the dentist himself since I wasn't able to see him because his incompetent staff couldn't verify my insurance which they had for 2 weeks and they waited to tell me when I showed up to the appointment and not the day before when they called to verify my appointment. REALLY!? Once I was able to do their job for them and get an insurance rep on the line to verify my info they still didn't call me back to schedule an appointment. You would think they would try to assist you on getting you in ASAP since I had to do their job for them and I waited a whole month to see the dentist, but no instead they cop an attitude and when I ask to speak to the imbecile of an office manager shes either out for lunch or on the phone. I cant say much about the dentist since I wasn't able to see him but how the staff acts it usually a reflection of management and ownership. The worst staff I've ever dealt with in my life! Dr ghassan is our favorite dentist, we've been his clients for over 20 years not to forget his professional staff. Thank you all for the kind welcome every time we visit.

Building is very clean. Staff is welcoming, organized and professional. Dentist really knows what he’s doing and he explains issues/concerns/habits/etc very well and genuinely cares about his patients. ????

They Professional and very caring to patients. Also, very important they are timely, many other doctors always make you wait for a long time. Longest I’ve had to wait here is 8 mins. The best!

I've been coming by Dr. Abdullah for 2 years now, and he's a very good Dr. However, the waits are extremely long which is very unprofessional. I typically come in 5 minutes before my appointment and wait 45 minutes -1 hour before seeing the doctor. The last 3 times I waiting 1 hour which makes me not want to come back here again. I brought it up to the Doctor and receptionist, and they only apologize, and noticed no change in my wait time after. He's a great doctor, the wait is ridiculous though

I've been a patient of Dr. Abdallah's for over 20 years. In that time I've moved further and further away, but still remain true to him and his practice. I have tried other dentists, and he is head and shoulders above them. He is gentle, trustworthy, and always has the patient's best interest in mind. His staff is awesome as well, very helpful and friendly. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment because he's in such high demand, but he's well worth the wait!

My 7 year old daughter was a patient up until a week ago! He filled her 1st cavity in a baby tooth and never took an x-ray to review the magnitude of damage. To make a long story short, a month later she ended up with a huge abscess on her gum above the filled tooth! Now she needs to have a tooth extracted where a new won't grow for at least four years!!! REALLY!!!
