Dr. Lemma always greets me with a smile and calls me by name. He's very thorough on his responses to my questions and I feel confident that I received the best care. I am now 4 1/2 years in remission and contribute it to his aggressive treatment to my cancer.

Dr. Lemma answered all my questions and explained all upcoming procedures. It was a positive experience.

Dr Lemma is not just a knowledgeable doctor, he's patient and kind. He doesn't rush his patients; he makes sure they have the information they need to make the best decision they can. Best of all, his hands are always warm.

Dr Lemma always shows my chart when he explains things so that he knows that I understand. He never talks down to me and Alyssa explains things in a way I can understand

Dr Lemma and his staff at MN Oncology Woodbury are the best. I have stage 4 cancer and have complete confidence in their care. He is able to communicate the most complex issues in the most understandable way. I am a retired nurse but worked in pediatrics. He never assumes that I know things but always explains the plan clearly and why we are doing what we are doing so that both me and my husband understand. He understands my wishes about my care and completely includes me in all decisions about my care before moving forward. Having worked with many Drs in my 20 year career, he ranks up with the great ones as far as friendliness and “bedside manner”. And his nurses are beyond incredible!

Dr. Girum Lemma and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. He has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe best advice and treatment during my first visit. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaining a very efficient office, then Dr. Lemma is someone you should consider visiting.
