Dr. Bensinger is an amazing Doctor the girl in the front is also nice very Friendly when I have a question I call the office and she gets back to me right away. I recommend Dr.Bensinger 1000%

Horrible doctor and office staff. Her office worker does not relay messages, is rude and abrupt. She claims to follow through, but you cannot get in contact with this doctor. Dr. Bessinger is abrupt, and hard to approach. She shows little empathy. Beware!!!!! She is the worst.

Beware of this doctor and her office worker. She is rude, abrupt, and shows no compassion. The worker seems to be the one person who takes vitals, answers the phone, stays in with the doctor and then goes to clean the bathroom. This is probably why she comes off as miserable. The doctor referred me to another specialist. When I phoned that office, I was told that her referring doctor did not take my insurance. I phoned back to get another referral, whereupon after 8 attempt in the course of two weeks, the only answer her office worker had was to send me 25 miles away to another doctor, and that I would need to schedule another appointment. This doctor and her office is horrible, unethical and needs to be investigated for patient neglect and abuse!!

Beware of this doctor and the way her office is managed. The wait time to get an appointment is long. The person at the front desk seems to be doing everything from answering the phone, taking vitals, and assisting in an exam. The doctor appears personable but rushed. She had referred me to another doctor for a follow up on a cyst. This doctor did not take my insurance. She prescribed a non generic medication that was not covered by my insurance. These are occurrences that happen, however when I phoned back, asking for another referral, to change the medication to a generic one, I was treated with such punitive distain by the office worker. She and/or the service took messages but did not get back to me. I found myself calling 8 times over the course of two weeks to get assistance. I got NONE. After two weeks, the office worker told me I would have to schedule a video conference to talk about another medication. Never have I ever been treated so poorly and have dealt with an office and doctor like her and her practice. BEWARE! this office also only takes checks or cash too.
