Dr Tuluca and staff are amazing they have helped me have mobility and a better quality of life listen I may have to travel from Levittown to go see him and his staff but worth the toll and drive I'm able to get out of bed and live life well not like I use to before all my medical issues but I'm not bed ridden I can walk around the block I can sit and stand longer then a half hour and it gers better each time if it wasn't for dr Tuluca I don't know what would have happened to me. His staff is so sweet and nice they answer the phone right away are very helpful easy to book appointments helpful with my meds never had an issue at all. There all so friendly as well always smiling love talking to them when there not to buzy don't wanna bother them when they are but there all so very nice. I'm grateful for all of them I can't say enough. Thank you all for everything and helping me without you all I honestly can say is be bed ridden and not be able to go out to dinner or see a movie in a theater finally it's the little things thank you all and thanks to doctor Tuluca thank you so much I'm extremely thankful if you need a pain management doctor a goid one who is there to help listen to you and your actually looking to get treated for your nedical issues in all aspects like injects phycal therapy for Capel tunnel and so fourth he is your doctor call ask if there accepting new patients if they take your insurance and good luck cause they helped me n hopefully they help you i highly recommend dr Tuluca firever greatful to you all sincerely your Patient Christina staib

Management answer to Rosita Moran You were discharged from the practice in 2019 due to your abusive behavior. and foul language in the waiting area. You were told that time that the office has a strict policy regarding abusive patients. You left and your chart was flag . This year you called multiple times to be seen again and you were told that per office policy we do not take back patients that were discharge from the office due to their behavior. Tuluca medical PC is an interventional pain management office. Dr. Tuluca is not operating knees or treating chronic pain managemt patients wheelchair bound. The office provide a wide range of interventional pain management treating the cause of the pain.Some patients are frustrated because they do not want surgery and they want only narcotic medication. Unfortunately a few patients do not understand how the insurences and the private offices work and they make the wrong appointmens not to mention that all the suppositions and threats are ridiculous at least . Dr. Tuluca is the most effective Pain Management doctor I've been to. Now that I've been getting knee and back injections from him my pain is non-existent right now. I've been an athlete all my life until a recent torn ankle tendon. I'm 65 and weigh132 and what I have noticed at all Pain Management Facilities is...obesity. I'm starting to think a gym should be inside or next to all Pain Management Facilities. A major part of maintaining and managing pain is often weight control, and so often patients fail miserably in this aspect then blame their Pain Management doctor. No Pain Management doctor can fix what patients won't acknowledge or even attempt to control within themselves. With all these new government mandates...healthy weight control should be one of them! Polite, efficient...the best care for specified joint pain. I would recommend Dr. Luciano Tuluca to anyone suffering from debilitating joint pain.

The waits are extremely long every time. Minimum over an hour before even seeing anyone. The doctor is rude and has a terrible attitude. you can hear lots of fraternizing in the hallways between Doctor, and nurses as you wait to be treated.

Absurd. Unprofessional and disgraceful. Executes his abuse of profession with no shame. This is no doctor. This is a man who will use his title and practice to his own liking. I call it abuse because he denied treatment for my mother with pain in her knees after going through all of the necessary tests, one excruciatingly long appointment after the next. Dr. Tuluca and his office called approximately one hour before her appointment to cancel. When my mother called back to express her dismay and frustration, she was told never to come back. We paid a $40 fee last week because I had an issue and my mom rescheduled for the following day. Now, if a patient cancels, there is a $40 cancelation fee. This would be reasonable if the time slot was reserved for one patient. However, other patients claim to have the same time slot as one-another. I also suspect insurance fraud, considering my mother had appointments where they barely even did as much as glance at her knees before issuing a return appointment. Disgraceful man. Please find a different doctor. I plan to ask Montefiore tomorrow. I will update if I can find a better doctor. We live in the best city in the world - Dr. Tuluca is nothing compared to the various options all throughout New York. Avis I’ve towards elderly patients. Out of control and dangerous to frail wheelchair bound defenseless elderly patients. Treatened to deny necessary medical treatment for his patients. Is dangerous and abusive towards his elderly wheelchair bound patients. Threatening and abusive towards caretakers accompanying elderly people His behaviors and outburst are typical of an N individual who is suffering from some kind of drug or alcohol addiction or a serious mental illness. Has no remorse for his unprofessional and irrational outburst and treatment of his elderly patient. Cannot be trusted as a medical doctor and appears to even be a danger to individuals in need of medical care at this time I’ve reported him to nysdoh abuse hotline and elder abuse hotline. I’m reporting him to montefiore medical director tomorrow morning. He is a disgrace and should not be treating anyone in need of medical care. He made an 86 year old wheelchair bound shake and cry and beg for necessary medical treatment. Very rude not a patient doctor doesn't wanna find real issue just keeps prescribing drugs and don't u dare ask him any questions pertaining to your health he tells u don't worry about it

We waited a hour and a half without being seen yet people that came after us were being seen and leaving. They did this to a 89 year old woman in sever pain. I highly recommend not using them. There staff is nothing but a bunch of lairs and truly don't care about the patients . I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. These people forget that the customer comes first not last. We will making a report with the Board of health and the hospital they are affiliated with
