God awful... doesn’t listen to you and further more gives terrible advice. If your looking for an understanding doctor who truly listens to you stay clear of this guy!

Dr. Glen has been my primary care physician since 1999. Is is absolutely a caring and very intelligent physician. He has hiven me outstanding advice and treatment throughout my life. I probably wouldnt be around if it wasnt for him. He listens, explains and is compasionet about his interactions. Its no wonder he has a waiting list that wants him. We need more like him. Doctor Gutierrez seemed nice enough when I met him face to face. I don't have much wrong with me and am more interested in preventative discussions. I asked a simple follow-up question through the Lahey "non-urgent medical portal" and he wrote me back borderline hate-mail. I don't expect anyone to know everything, even my doctor, but if I can't ask a simple question without him talking down to me, I feel that is inappropriate. I am back on the hunt for a professional primary care physician.

Got a call on 11/5 for covid check before my yearly physical, left message to call back. Called back was closed, so called back on 11/6, could not get a person so dialed 0. Joseph picked up and I explained I had a physical on 11/9 and needed to do a covid check. He said he could do it said I was all set for 11/9. 11/9 I arrive at Lahey Billerica and call to say that I am here The woman answering the phone said I didn't do my covid check so she canceled my appointment. I told her I did call on Friday and still have the record of the call on my phone and I was coming in to show her. When I came in she was very rude Another woman checked and said yes she did call and spoke to Joseph. She printed out the form and brought it to Dr. G to tell him I did have the covid check with a Lahey employee Joseph. Dr G refused to see me and said I had to leave the building, I left and spoke to patient advocate who said that I did call and could come back for my appointment. 15 years as Dr G patient

Absolutely terrible!! He is a total quack!! If you value your life do not go to this idiot!!

I find it very odd that blood work is always completed after the appointment, so I have to wait 3 months for diabetic medication corrections.

I've never left a doctor until now. If you want someone who is invested in your health and welfare as a person, look elsewhere — especially if you're experiencing mental health or anxiety issues. If you tell a doctor you're experiencing suicidal ideation and they reply in two words telling you to monitor yourself, there's a problem.

it is almost like having an absentee doctor at times - most physicals are done by students and he orders quite a bit of blood work with little feedback on the tests , Communications are poor
