Very hard to get in touch with office! They do not always respond to pharmacy faxes for med renewals and getting to talk to someone is nearly impossible! Been waiting 15 20 minutes right now to speak to someone!!

Today I had to have a COVID test, I pulled my car into the designated area, called the number on the sign. They told me it would be a few moments, the nurse came out and took the test it was simple and easy.

I have been a patient of Pentucket Medical Riverwalk for 9 years and I have always received the same excellent care from all the providers, specially my primary care Dr Sylvan who is also my husbands pcp. My children's pediatrician is also there, Dr Fowler and has provided the same level of care for my biological children and my foster children throughout the years. I have never had any inconvenient or issues. It is easy to communicate with staff, I have always. If I mention every positive experience I wouldnt end. Dr. Sylvan is one of the best doctors I've had. He is very professional, informative and provides detailed explanations of all you need to know about your current health and what steps to take going forward. Definitely one of the best doctors in the area ????! I Highly recommend him.

Dr. Sylvan is truly one of the best Dr's around. Always so upbeat and caring. Takes the time to really listen and makes you feel like you are talking to a friend.

Dr. Sylvan is always pleasant and greets us cordially when we arrive for our appointment. He is thorough in his exams, always asking questions and provides appropriate care, labwork and prescriptions if necessary. I feel that Dr. Sylvan genuinely cares about us as individuals.

I overheard him disparaging another patient for 10 minutes to the nurses/ staff while I waited in the patient room for him. Extremely unprofessional language and behavior
