I have a family member who is her patient and is currently in dire need of help. When I reached out to her to suggest that the entire family have a session with her, she wouldn't even disclose that she was a patient (although, I receive her bills so i would venture to say that she is a patient), was incredibly rude and refused to listen to our concerns. While i understand that she cannot violate a patient's confidential information, when her patient is at risk, she should work to help her.
