I've been going since 1988 when I could barely walk, so much pain! Over time I got better & have been pain free for years now. Go in for monthly adjustments. If you don't do your part with exercises then don't expect or demand of him, miracles! Altho he comes close!

I went to see Dr. Dawson about 5 years ago. He was referred to me by a friend, so I trusted that he would be worth it. Prior to the appointment, I called the office to verify cost. Everything seemed to be in in order. After my appointment with Dr. Dawson, I went up to the counter to pay and was told that my bill was three times as much than what was relayed to be over the phone. I was still relaxed, because I assumed that Dr. Dawson would fix the issue, without hesitation. The gal at the front brought him out and I was shocked by how I was treated. He was extremely rude and dismissive and did not have single ounce of compassion for the situation. In my eyes, this was their mistake, not mine. I would never have made the appointment had I known it would cost that much. The fact that 5 years later, I am getting on here to write a review, speaks volumes for how I was treated. I even cried when I got to my car...it was awful on so many levels, not to mention humiliating. I don't care if he is good at what he does (although I did not personally experience that on my end), I would never in a million years give my money or time to someone that has such a lack of compassion for people...and his reputation. I have been going to Dr.Dawson for about 12 years maybe a few more. He has always been able to help relive pain, adjust or do therapy. Dr.Dawson and his staff truly care about me leaving them better than when i came in. Never any problems with any of the staff, they are all professional and very friendly. He is the only chiro i will see, i have tried others due to my location and time, but none come close to how precise and effective his treatments are. Dr. Dawson spared (stopped it) me from more severe hip and back pain back in the 1980s, and I've gone to him ever since. If I lose my straight cervical spine due to stress or sleeping wrong, he gets rid of it by a fascinating maneuver called the Grostic Technique. I still refer to this as "magic." He works with all ages preferring to start with babies to always keep them in great shape, but one is never too old to receive a "miracle" and wonder what on earth just happened! Hope anyone reading this will give Grostic a chance (there are other DCs doing this maneuver all over the U.S. (and many countries) as you won't let go once you feel relief of pain.
