Clean facility, staff very professional and friendly. Surgery went well, definitely recommend 10/10.

I had a good experience. The staff was very nice. Dr. Khounganian has a very pleasant personality. He listened to all my concerns and made me feel at ease.

After my 2nd appointment to discuss test results with Kelly, the Physician's Assistant, she gave me her business card and told to email if I had any follow-up questions. A few days later I did have a few questions I had neglected to ask during my brief appointment, so I emailed them to Kelly. Weeks went by with no response. After a month or so, I called the office to make sure she was working (she was) so I emailed her again. No response. After a couple of additional months, I sent a personal letter to Dr. Khounganian explaining the situation to him and why I can't move forward with him as my doctor. I never heard back from him either. No call. No email. No text. So, it's very possible that he is a terrific doctor, but I'll never find out.

I have fracture on five bone in my back with severe pain and the office want to give me appointed on July today it's 5/31 very bad treat people

Let me tell you. They have changed my life! I never thought I could live without this back pain. I had a 13 mm disc herniation at my l5s1 and I got the microdiscectomy done. My scar is basically transparent, my healing process was AMAZING!! And thank you to this team I am able to walk again and enjoy life with my two children. Let me add they were so great and understanding of my frustrations and booked me quickly for surgery despite all the set backs with the Corona Virus. Thank you again. This is the place to go ! Can’t say enough about Dr.k’s care, had surgery and other issues which Dr.K took care of , no problems since , his staff is very friendly and courteous, highly recommended.

Dr. Khounganian’s office is run very smoothly and efficiently. I was seen in a timely manner and the doctor was direct and to the point.

Dr Khunganian is very knowledgeable, experienced and gentle.The 5th star ???? which is lacking, is for stopped services for a long time during pandemic.The office staff are very polite, kind and organized. Thank you regardless of anything.

Dr. Khounganian was able to rapidly review the results of my MRI and pinpoint the areas causing my lower back pain. The surgery went well and they had me stand up a short time following surgery. One night at their surgery care center and I went home. The office staff is very cordial and always took care of my needs when I had to call. Recommend DR. Amazing place! Starting from the front desk receptionist to the nurses and Doctor. I’m two months post-op and I was scheduled for a post-op immediately after surgery. I’ve been in touch with my nurse. Dr. Khounghanian explained my procedure very easily to me and again before surgery. Thank you!

Ok, this review is for the overall office and for Kelly Manda specifically. This place is awesome and no one holds a candle to them. After experiencing crazy back pain for months, and having three separate doctors brush me off saying I was just sitting at my desk too much while I worked from home, Kelly was the one person who actually took the time to understand my pain and diagnose me correctly. I'm 6'5" 240 lbs., if my back hurts, it's not because I'm sore from sitting too much, something major is messing me up. Turns out I have a herniated disc and Kelly totally nailed it, first try. Backing up, the girls in the office are completely amazing and were always 100% friendly every time I called. I wasn't able to get an appointment for a month, because these people are so awesome that they were fully booked up. The girls recommended I call daily to check if anyone cancels and I can bump up my spot. I did just that and got my appointment bumped up almost two weeks, but I was a complete pain in the butt with my phone calls and these girls never showed any sign of unprofessionalism or rudeness. Once I came in for my appointment, I only had to wait a few minutes before Kelly came in to see me. She sat down and took the time to ask me questions and answer all of my questions. My wife even had a ton of questions written down and Kelly would've sat in that room with me all day answering everything if she had to. As for the pain, Kelly not only properly diagnosed me, but she also set me up on a proper prescription regimen, to calm the inflammation in my back, while simultaneously referring me to a physical therapist. In one week, Kelly was able to severely reduce my back pain that I had been experiencing for months. One thing to note! You have to pay for parking and the guy that runs the parking operation takes cash only, so you either have to bring cash with you, or use the ATM in the nearby deli which charges stupid high fees. Kelly (practitioner) is such a beautiful lady inside and out she is very thorough and explained everything as I was led up to surgery... First let see why dr Khounganian have so many good reviews which btw most are about how good the staff are.as soon as you go to his office as a new patient you will get a text to rate him before having any experience with him and most people would reply with positive reviews. I saw dr khounganian last October and after 5 minutes he told me I need surgery andI agreed.He did the surgery on my cervical vertebrate and boy that was a nightmare. Not only I didn’t get better I got so much worse with an awful numbness on my left hand. My life changed after that surgery, lost my job almost got evicted and filed for bankruptcy.and had to deal with so much pain every day. he didn’t do anything but a little injection in the office. You don’t even see him anymore after the first visit or surgery it’s always a nurse.I am not sure how many of you had surgery with him after you wrote your review but please come back and write if you had the same experience. Just think about it why does he have almost 250 positive reviews while the best spine surgeons have only a few, all because of the text blast before you get to know him. I just had a new surgery on July first with dr Richard nussbum and I tell you I feel new. Dr nussbum saved my life so far my back and arm pain is gone and the only problem I have is numbness on my fingers which happened with dr khounganian surgery. Please don’t make the same mistake! Great Dr great office staff. Had spinal fusion 5 weeks. Still painful but getting better. I recommend highly.

I was really happy I found Dr. Khounganian- I had severe lower back pain for the first time and he was able to determine what it was caused by and gave me a better understanding of what was happening.

Was very impressed with the digital record keeping. Scheduling probably needs some assistance as the waiting room is crowded. Dr Khounganian was thorough in his examination and his staff are pleasant and professional.

I really like the Doctor, but I am not happy with the follow through or follow up. I was told that MRI was requested of neck and back, then right before appointment Radiology called and said that only Neck was approved by Insurance. I did not get a call to schedule follow-up on my MRI of Neck nor call back regarding Dr. approval of MRI. My appointment this week was because I called and asked. It's taking away from my hectic work schedule at this point I wish I could just have a follow up over the phone. I was also told by my Gastro to see a Rheumatologist as I was just in the hospital for Colitis and he feels the pain in my neck, carpal tunnel, TMJ, arthritis, could all be connected with an Autoimmune disease. After consulting with your office, I left with a good feeling for how my treatment plan would be handled. I am very interested in pursuing future discussions with regards to stem-cell therapy. I have some neurological issues which I have been made to believe might make me a candidate for stem cell treatment.
